I bought my carpet yesterday and I love the quality and elegance of the carpet.

I have never seen so many people wearing orange Home Depot aprons all wandering around aimlessly and not offering to help, even when a customer is on a ladder struggling with getting lumber by themselves.

I do not appreciate self checkouts. I want to deal with cashiers and I like to chat while checking out. at my age all these barcodes drive me nuts. KEEP the cashiers!!!!

I saw a vanity light on your website and purchased it in store. The website was $10 cheaper and Brian price-matched it for us!

If you need any help in the tool department I highly recommend asking for Scott I have purchased some new power tools and he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied . When I went back a second time to make a purchase I immediately went looking for him and once again he went above and beyond helping make sure I was satisfied with my purchase

Woman in Kitchen department, and Cashier Michael in Customer Service were the BEST imaginable for product knowledge, courtesy, listening to our needs, and satisfying those needs. We have been customers at this Home Depot from the time it opened... this was the most satisfying experience ever there!

The Somerset, MA HD , he’s always clean, well organized. The customer service is outstanding, if you need assistance with searching for a product there right there to help you.. I always shop at this Home Depot, because I know where everything is located. I love your sales, discounts , and the great prices.

Dave was a Great help. He helped me in multiple departments.

I needed mulch, but wasn't sure how much I could lift. Fortunately there was a delightful employee in the shack near the mulch who told how much he could fit in the truck. So I purchased the mulch and he was more than happy to stack the mulch nice and neatly in my truck.

I wanted to buy and set up a work order for two storm doors for my home. Please do not hesitate to work with Jacob Barbosa. He will not disappoint.

I was in hardware looking for a few items and one of the employees, Doug was walking by and asked if he could help me and I immediately said yes I needed something on the overhead and he was very polite and prompt with assisting me. My husband has a memory loss issue and was trying to open an account. He was having a very hard time with it and the cashier, Teresa(aka Tree) was so patient and kind to him. She even waited for him to go out to the car to get me so I could come in to help him with the information he needed. I was so grateful to find that she was so wonderful to him. Her understanding of his situation made such a difference.

I purchased a gas hot water tank and the sales cashier Jon helped me with the best customer service and with much important information needed. His assistance was very professional, friendly and with a great smile. Thank you

I was looking for a specific type of screwdriver Milwaukee ECX #1. on line it showed in stock, at store it was in a package of three screwdrivers. the other two I did not need.

The young man, "Jeremy" helped me with my purchase of vinyl flooring. He was so helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He even helped me to put it into my van. A true asset to Home Depot Somerset. I wish all stores had someone like him.

Their prices seem to be a lot better than other do it yourself and contracting stores selling the same product
