The cashiers are rude. Be careful to have a discount because they do not honor military. None if the employees are on the same page.

I have been using this homedepot (Somerset, Ma.) for many years. I have completed my many home projects large and small only because of the availability of everything I need. Staff is always helpful and I can even pay my bill at this location.

Everyone in this store is always pleasant & helpful. If you need to shop here during this difficult time, please be nice and appreciative to all who are working.

I recommend this home depot to all that need materials for what ever job needing to be done . 1 stop shop.

The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The staff at the pro desk is always very helpful even when they're very busy. I do a lot store pickup orders with the somerset store and the staff at the front Samantha, Heidi, and Karen have always been very good at their job. due to the size of our company and some of the orders that we get it is often necessary to do a phone sale and everyone involved have been extremely helpful. Definitely recommend the use of the store.

The associate Jordan who helped me place a special order was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I feel like every time I enter this store, there is always an employee asking if we need assistance. And if there is a situation that I do, they know exactly what I’m looking for or do their best to find the answers.

I enjoy shopping at this location because it’s clean and close to home . Staff are always friendly and items are almost always in stock.

Teresa was the cashier that cashed me out. Ah was very friendly and sweet. She signed me up for a Home Depot credit card. I was unaware that doing so would save me 25$ at the time. She was very knowledgeable about the card. My experience with Teresa will make me want to go back that specific Home Depot.

Self checkout couldn't read my credit card. No one came to help me. People behind me in line got angry. I wish you'd bring cashiers back. Self checkout sucks.

This location is similar to other Home Depots in terms of product availability, store cleanliness, and general appearance. However, I often have a lot of trouble locating an employee for help/questions.

The gentleman in the hardware department was quick, very knowledgeable, pleasant and juggled the needs of four customers simultaneously with ease
