Now you have to show a QR code on your smart phone if you want a veteran's discount instead of showing your VA picture ID. Waste of time. What if you don't even have a smart phone? Not everyone does. Took over 20 minutes to set it up with an associate.

So far very unhappy with Home Depot’s setting up to measure rug and the follow call after measuring.

I purchased 14 Andersen replacement windows with Kyle the Home Depot doors and windows department sales rep and the process when flawlessly the right windows sizes, great price and a resonable delivery date to my house.

Needed some chain link fencing and Bob from Gardening helped me in a "way above and beyond" way. A pleasant guy, a pleasant surprise, making it a pleasant and successful shopping experience!

I was looking to buy new washing machine. Tyler Avilla was our sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His efficiency in knowing the product and ordering for us made us very happy with our experience.

Had to locate an employee myself and then was told that the applicable specialist was at lunch after walking around for an hour and seeing nobody in that department in sight. Had to seek out an employee from a different department to page someone to help us. Then we left and came back because the “specialist” was at lunch. Then waited 2 weeks for a delivery only for the refrigerator to show up with massive damage in separate areas of the refrigerator. I called to schedule a new delivery with a replacement and I was told 1-2 weeks out. When I complained because I had already waited 2 weeks I was told by the manager that the only thing they can do in cases like this is save $50. That’s just ridiculous. I don’t care about $50 savings or savings at all for that matter. I bought what I bought because I can afford it. I just want the product I paid for and not a month after I bought it. Just ridiculous that consumers mean nothing to companies anymore since they are so worried about what their disgruntled employees feel about them. Newsflash. Without happy customer the unhappy employees won’t have to worry about lunch breaks and wages because the store will be closed and they won’t have a job

I needed help finding something in the plumbing dept. An employee paged someone from the plumbing dept. to assist me. After waiting several minutes with my small children, an employee named Aaron arrived and went to help someone else ahead of me even after I told him I was the one who had been there first and had him paged. He was rude and dismissive and ignored me even when he was paged to go to that aisle specifically to help me. I left afterward and asked a girl at the check out if there was a manager I could speak to. She directed me to the Customer Service counter. I spoke to another male employee near there. After asking him about a supervisor regarding a complaint, he became rude and said there were no mangers there and that one would have to be "called." Two rude employees. At least the girl at the check out and the male employee who paged Aaron were polite and professional. What a waste of time. I left without buying the item I was looking for. I will go to a plumbing supply business to get them.

Having a local Home Depot saves me time and money. While I try to support local hardware stores, local hardware stores will never be able to provide the material and products available at Home Depot. Having a centrally located Home Depot serves local contractors, small landlords, large realtor management companies, homeowners, and everyone in between!

I had a bad experience at the store at first. I was told to come and pick up a product but it was not ready the next day and was not even on the shelves. The situation was bad but a clerk named Logan corrected the situation. He called the manager, found the product in the yard, trucked it, and loaded my car. He turned a disastrous situation into a good one. He was calm and professional. The store should be happy to have Logan in its employ. Give the kid a raise.

Store manager has an interesting managing style. Spends his entire day in his office looking up New England Revolution stats. Only time his associates see him is when he comes in, goes out to his vehicle for lunch or when he is leaving for the day. This corner office fat arss managing style is extremely unrealistic and the DM must be as lazy as he is to allow this to go on day after day.
