The associates working there were friendly, I was able to find what I was looking for as soon as I walked through the door. The cashiers greeted me when I walked through the door and one young lady name Jensys helped me get through my transaction faster while assisting others.

Diamond was extremely helpful! I explained that I accidentally threw away the promotional mailer and she helped me go through my emails to find the correct one to use. I really needed to find that promotion, because I was spending a lot of money. Her manager seemed to not care about it at all. He simply said if I threw it away there was nothing they could do about it and walked away. So thank you, Diamond, for the excellent service! Maybe her manager should take notes.

Great customer service is provided by Riccie at the Slidell I-10 Service Road location. She works in the appliance section. She provided us with the best customer service we’ve had, anywhere, in a very long time. She was a pleasure to do business with!

Most clerks at this location have very good customer service.Pro service is so unorganized,you can’t reach anyone by phone, they refuses to match other quotes from competitors, long wait times in store, not enough specialist in many departments, it doesn’t make sense to do will call,your promise time is never a true time ,if you do, be prepared to wait extremely long period to retrieve your merchandise.

Mask mandate NOT enforced with customers, (however employees were masked). No one in hardware, if we had needed assistance. If Home Depot does not respect customers enough to value their safety, then what service can you expect in other areas?!

I had a return and had misplaced the receipt. sometimes that gets you a bit of exasperation from customer service. Not this time! Jessica was friendly and helpful. We both had a smile when the transaction was done.

Mrs. Teresa was amazing. Ever since she saw us she asked us if we needed help she made sure they have what we wanted in stock and helped us to get the best appliances She was there from beginning till the ended. She made sure they loaded us and was so nice to other employees at the time they helped us load the appliance to our truck. She helped also and cheered them. She went above and beyond!!! I am so glad she was able to help us, it was worth the drive and we will be back to shop at this HD! Thanks for you amazing customer service Mrs. Teresa!!!

could not get help from the department i needed help in but rob in tool rental was able to assist me

Lacey, the cashier at the returns desk went above and beyond in handling my problem with the item I purchased two days earlier. She attempted to replace the item but the store was out of stock on that particular item so she put in a "Will Call" order for the item.

I would still recommend the store. It's not the store that is the problem. It's some of the staff members. I believe they would benefit from more training. I hope my next visit is a more pleasant one than this last one.

This location has outstanding customer service and very friendly staff. The store is well managed with great signage that help customers locate the items they need. We recommend this Homedepot to all of our family and friends.

I did my Black Friday shopping this morning for a washer and dryer, I like shopping at this store because it is always clean, organized and the prices are very fair.

Lacey in Customer Service went above and beyond to make sure my online order was fulfilled. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and she made sure we were still taken care of by locating another similar product and let us know promptly when it was ready!
