I wanted help but didn’t want to put anyone out. Then can Joel!!! He asked if I needed help and did all the heavy lifting. Then went the extra mile and took to my truck without me asking. I used to be a manager and employees don’t always do what they are supposed. You don’t have to worry about him. Great job!!!

I bought my pedestals for my Samsung washer and dryer over three weeks ago. There was an issue on getting them installed when I search the website for the product. It plainly says the installation was free there seem to have been some confusion about the installation. I spoke with the night manager And Miss Cindy at the customer service desk. They sent out Reggie and Jimbo for the install. They were absolutely amazing. They were on time very professional, even clean the fingerprints off of my washer and dryer after the installation of my pedestals I could not ask for greater customer service.

I also stock up on small items when coming thru Slidell, this store always seems to have plenty of stock in stains, hard wares and woodworking supplies.

I have been a customer at the Slidell Home Depot on Airport Road since 1986. Almost without exception I've been able to get what I needed. There is almost always someone around to answer your questions or give you directions. I'm going back.
