Usually when you go into a big box store, you're lucky to have someone greet you. Today, I was greeted by Richard in the Garden Center, and he was so helpful that I was in and out in a matter of minutes, which really counted because I was shopping on my lunch hour! I went to this Pro-Desk one afternoon Around 4 PM on a Monday afternoon. There were six associates in the Pro-Desk area and not a single one could do a quote that I needed for a job I had the very next day. I come to this particular store quite often. Maybe you should ask the Pro Supervisor, who was not there either, where are your associates?
