Love home depot , amazing and friendly service

bought a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the last couple months. few minor problems but all worked out in the end with the help of a couple of great employees.

The customer service I receive at the Home Depot location where I frequent is not only above and beyond excellent, they are completely understanding of time. As a business owner that is my number one complaint with vendors. Steve and Heather at the Pro Desk understand that and make the supply hustle painless.

I went to the store to buy some electrical cable and it was locked up. Unfortunately, the only person with the key was at lunch off-site and me and a couple of others had to buy our wire at a competitor store across the highway. Bad process to have a single point of failure - "key-master"

I needed some items on my trip, and because this store was in walking distance of my hotel, it made it convenient for me to get what I needed. Had beautiful poinsettias that I purchased for gifts for Slidell friends!

Staff Willisa was amazing and very knowledgeable if you have to visit the paint department make sure and ask for her. You won't be disappointed. She helped us and made us more knowledgeable about what we wanted.

The young lady at the checkout did a great job. Her name was Hailey.

Clean well stocked store and the Rheem Gas water I purchased is a fantastic product at a great price!!

I can't say enough about the staff behind the window at the Pro Desk at the Slidell East Store! They always make sure I get what I need to make my business a success. If anything comes up they go above the call of duty, not sometimes - EVERY TIME!

The man Danny at the doors was not fair or Pleasant due the the situation I had with him!! I called the store for a manager but no one was putting a manager on the phone.

Tremell shows great HD honesty.

The store was very clean and organized compared to neighboring stores. I was greeted by a few employees, all with smiles and asking to be of assistance. Judith went out of her way to cut and find an inexpensive key to meet my budget then walked me to the rear of the store to find David to assist me with questions regarding my electric garage door that just broke. After explaining what I could, he assisted me in showing me the parts I would need to fix the door and also offered to be of assistance when I returned.

For the most pleasant and helpful cashier look for Ethel. Slidell east store always has the most selections and products that my local homedepot doesn't have but still love ya.
