This store is not as big as others I have been to but they are so friendly and helpful! The store is very well organized and clean! It somehow seems brighter than other stores!

I was shopping for a new ceiling fan. I needed help to pick one out to fit my needs. The employee that was in the area stopped what they were doing and helped me. They were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my many questions. I left happy with my choice.

Amazing group of people at the slaughter location, I’ve always had a great experience. I do wish they would move those flat carts in garden back under the flower tables in garden though, I’ve busted my you know on them before.

Rude employees, store is super messy (mix the same brand different length of product), checkout in the garden center will take you at less 30 minutes. Don’t expect help loading, locating an items or any informations for that matter.

Store review was 100 % and Jimmy HD needs more dedicated employees like Jimmy.

Employees were extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with what needed to be done to assist me with my purchase and installation arrangements. Additionally, because what I ordered was not at this location, they took the time to go to the South Austin location and pickup my order to ensure it was delivered to my house. This is the most excellent service I have ever received. I would recommend Home Depot and this store in particular to anyone!

When available, store associates are friendly and as helpful as can be. Chuck (CXT4P8E) in Flooring has been very helpful with my floor replacement, new window blinds, and new kitchen counter top projects. He is a wealth of information and takes the time to follow-up with phone calls to the customer to ensure that scheduled measurement appointments, trades appointments, etc. are verified. This helps me with my bust schedule. One project has lead to another, and I have purposely driven 30 miles away from my local Home Depot Store in Kyle, TX on the recommendation give to me by a neighbor. I happy with the service I've received from Chuck. Also Frank (FXM1102) was very friendly and did a nice job initiating my flooring estimate. Rebecca in Appliances was great to step in one afternoon when there were no flooring specialists available to look up some of my project information.

This store is clean, well staffed and stocked, and very convenient.

Staff is always friendly and super clean store. Able to find everything I need on my own due to a great layout, but if I can't find it myself I can always rely on finding an employee and getting help.

Chris is a very helpful salesman and Joya was a joy at the self checkout. Both made my experience wonderful after a long day at work.

Always a great shopping environment until our experience with Alex in Return Check Out. She was extremely rude & unprofessional. If it wasn't for the horrible experience with Alex my rating would had definitely been 5 STARS.

I am a trade contractor and do a lot of shopping at Home Depot. For our business, it meets my needs and then some in both business and personal. For me it is a one stop shop for most of all of my needs. The pricing is very competitive and even better than specialty supply stores, and the late evening hours makes it great to do relaxed shopping for the home and business.

In some DIY stores, I have been ignored and treated like I was invisible. In this store, however, I was treated with respect, found help easily, and helped by very cheerful, friendly employees. I really enjoyed shopping at this store.
