Lots of people and not enough disinfecting !! Need hand spray or foam as you go in or out! Just felt that many people from every area of town should have a hand disinfectant at every door and baskets were not sprayed just brought in and left instead of spraying the handles!! Not a good thing for your shoppers! Nice associate and excellent with product and very professional! But been more disinfecting done!

Jimmie (Appliances) was so helpful, and made my refrigerator purchase so smooth. He was knowledgable and even gave me a few tips on my experience as a first time home buyer. Thanks, Jimmie!

This store meet all of my expectations, great customer service

Great store with excellent customer service

We needed to find two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a stove and a microwave. Beth was incredibly helpful, spending over an hour with us as we struggled with ever-changing availability and delivery dates. Beth remained efficient and cheerful. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Avoid this location. Many customers not wearing mask, and store employees complaining about mask use and wearing mask incorrectly.

Hope staff is more friendly and actually help next time . If they’re not in a good mood then don’t work there, i rather have someone else check me out .

Have had so many bad experiences at this store I wish your staff was nicer and respectful next time . Also if store doesn’t let us park close to the entrance to load any type of bulk/ material that I am loading on my own to my truck atleast have staff to help me load my stuff to the parking.

Employees are very friendly and if one might not the answer to my question they will find someone who can help. We have to remember that just because they work there doesn't neccesarily mean they know all. This is why it's called team work! I love my Home Depot on Slaughter Lane in Austin, Tx. #6563

This store does not follow up on surveys that I take, wherein I explain about any negative experiences, and wherein I request a manager to call me back (with my contact information). The general manager never seems to be there when I request to speak to her, and the manager on duty that I do talk to when I'm in the store has a bad attitude.

Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Great reasonably priced products. Clearly marked isles and departments making shopping simple and quick. Clean store, clean restrooms. Definitely recommend the Slaughter location.

Great friendly employees

I went to the lumber area to pick up Cedar Wood pickets. I had to ask 4 different people to help me as the Cedar pickets were not available on the ground floor and needed to be lowered by a forklift. The individual working in that area, after waiting over half an hour to get help, told me that there was a different stack that was the same. I told them it was not the same pickets due to the color but he said they were. When I went to check out, the Cedar pickets did not ring up but Pine did. I was so angry and in a hurry that I needed to take the pickets. I did not want to spend one more second in that store. The man had a beard and hat. Due to his laziness on not wanting to lower the pickets, he lied to a customer. Home Depot should not have employees like this in their stores.

Out of stock on a lot of items. Did not reinforce the six foot limit. No sanitary wipes for carts. Way more than 10 customers in the store. An employee ran his fork lift into a couple of lawn mowers, which hit my shopping cart when I was wheeling it past; it could have been me the mowers hit. The employee apologized, but it wasn't sincere. The store manager that I told about this incident paid lip service to my concerns, but it didn't seem to faze her.

This store rocks! We would rather come here all the way from Kyle then go to the Kyle store! The customer service is excellent! There employees are wonderful!

The associates were very friendly, very polite and we're willing to help. As a customer I appreciated that very much.
