Ordered Gladiator shelves. Picked up the 100lbs box from the store. Took the box home, opened it up to find shelves with broken welds and bent supports. Had to take the whole thing back. Ordering a replacement then took 30 minutes because the return process was not well designed.

I have a Service Animal (Dog) and the Staff at this Store are always Happy to see him and I Everytime we come in. Big Smiles and kind words go a long way...and we appreciate them every time. Thank you Home DePot Slaughter Ln. ATX

Juvie was very helpful and respectful I would defiantly come back for that service. Unfortunately i cant say the same for other employees at this store. The girl who was on my isle was rude and told me to go ask someone else for help when I was patiently waiting for her to finish up with someone else. Not sure if she was trying to just talk/flirt with the guy she was helping or if that is just how she is. But that is not good customer service to speak in that tone. Older gentlemen at the cashier was very kind and nice he couldn't seem to figure out the tax exempt but he got it figured out by calling a young lady who came and just did it for him instead of showing him that possibly needs to be looked into but he was very apologetic. I have not complaints for him I understand all this technology he may not be used to as my grandmother could never figure stuff out.

Purchased Vigoro Mexican beach pebbles. had plenty in stock. This store always has plenty of items in stock

Employees are very rude and make things difficult for the customers. The assistant manager "Chris" is rude & needs training in customer service

COULDN'T FIND ITEM ON SHELF, CUSTOMER SERVICE - BARBARA, WAS ABLE TO LOCATE IT QUICKLY! VERY APPRECIATIVE FOR HER HELP!

I purchased a ryobi vacuum and paid with wrong card they helped me refund my items and pay with my Homedepot card which is what I need I purchased this vacuum after good advice from a tool rental person helped me out

Leslie and the MET Team Rock!!! While in Austin for business I stopped by just after opening to check on the release of Halloween. I was surprised that Halloween had hit the floor, as where I am from the stores usually hold out until Labor Day. I asked Leslie if the items were for purchase yet, to which she replied, "if it's in the store it's for sale". Not the typical response I get at my local Home Depot. As high in demand some of the products are I was excited to see them displayed on the floor, Leslie stopped what she was doing and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I went down my list of items, and Leslie and her team were able to get everything that I asked for. They were all very positive and in great moods, considering it was that early in the morning. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I have had with Home Depot

bought a new washing machine from Home Depot, and the sales person in the appliance department was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would recommend buying from him if you need an appliance

It's one thing to put in an order at the ProDesk, but it's another to actually get what you pay for. They acted like I was asking them to do something that was not their job! It took me a week to get a partial order fulfilled. It's not that they didn't have the items in the rest of the order. They were just too lazy to fulfill it.

No matter where you find an associate, they all seem to know how to direct you where to go to find anything, and will usually walk you there themselves. Everyone there seems to actually like there job, which is something you don’t see very often. Friendly staff makes for a much more enjoyable shopping experience:)

Return policy not posted and not on receipt. Only the Return by date. But there are many other if this, then that rules that apply.

I would like to see it be as large as some of the other Home Depots. Sometimes items I need/want are not carried at this store because of space

Xmas shopping is crazy! Especially on Black Friday, but the employees at the Slaughter Lane location were extremely helpful! Big thanks to Jonathan for helping me search the big bends for the blue jumbo lights!

Store has to many items in the way as well as a congested parking lot. Construction doors are blocked off so people are parking in the way to exit the parking lot. Go somewhere else.

Two carts are not enough for a store of this size. The local grocery store (about 1/3 the size of this Home Depot) has 9 motorized carts.

Edward from the appliances section was very kind and helpful. He answered all of my and my wife's questions and helped us pick the correct fridge for our needs. He went above and beyond.
