The Home Depot in Sherwood is a great place to shop and the associates are very kind and helpful.

Every time I visit this store I have a pleasant visit because all the workers are friendly. I look for Ali because she always takes her time in helping you find what you're looking for. Thanks for all the help and staying safe.

The employees are extremely nice and ine in particular went above and beyond for me. Finding something that I was told was out of stock but the website said that they had. I have to drive 30 miles to get there so I called ahead of time and was told that they were out. He had located the product called me back using my caller ID and placed the item on hold for me to allow me to drive there.

Store is nice and organized. Clean and friendly staff.

Overall great store but may not shop at the location again. If I do need to shop there again I will be cautious about prices and if something is in the right spot. When I went to buy a saw the price at checkout was not correct. I let the cashier know when another associate, Pam, chimed in and told me that if it scans at that price that’s the price. She was very rude and couldn’t even take the time to figure out if the register was right or not. Technology isn’t perfect, being told I’m wrong with no consideration made me not want to make the purchase or even want to shop at the location again.

Always have a great experience everytime I visit this store. Ali is great in electrical.

Unable to find anyone to help cut pipe, two cashiers standing around at the cash registers but not opening a new lane or helping anyone with the self-checkout. No one available at the Pro desk on a Saturday afternoon and no one told me until I stood there for five minutes waiting. Random buckets of water laid across the main floor / aisle which was promptly hit by several carts.

Here the people are very friendly and they actually know what they are talking about when it comes to the thing you are looking for in their section. I’m very impressed actually.

The store associate Aracely was VERY friendly and helped us in every way. Went above and beyond when helping us out!! I very much recommend this location!

Poor customer service! Associates need training and store manager more accessible. Leadership needs to be on floor to train their team. Poor leadership.

Stopped at this store to return an item and purchase a different item. It was quick and efficient and all of the staff were very helpful!

We are rehabbing a house and we are in this store almost everyday. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They all seem to be genuinely concerned about making sure you find everything or get the assistance you need. Even the lady who sells the A/C asks me everyday "how is your A/C doing today?" Everyday. She cracks me up! Great stores are hard to come by these days but the Shorewood store stands out above the crowd. Keep up the great work!

Annie and Alma were absolutely amazing. My fan motor was bad out of the box and I would not make it to the store by 8. Annie was doing her job, and said they could not hold the doors past 8. I said I understand, but can we make an exception. She said because of the cleaning, she could not. I very politely asked for a manager, and the manager said I she would give me that 5 minutes, but I had to be there by 805 anything after that she had to lock the doors because they said they can not watch the doors for long. We made it there at 802. They did not have to let me in, they did not have to give me that extra time at all, but they did. Annie made the exchange process quick and easy. We were out of there by 807

very happy to see a beautiful abundance of flowers and plants in the garden center. Great variety and colors.

Sharon does a great job in pvc pipe section. Great employee.

Store did not follow coronavirus p.p.e. requirements. Several employees were observed either wearing their face masks incorrectly (not covering both their mouth AND nose), or were not wearing face masks at all. When asked to correct this, corrective employee response was nonexistent. Just horrible. And DANGEROUS to both employees and the public!

The store is clean. Associates are friendly and helpful... but appliance installation is terrible! We're on our third attempt to get a dishwasher installed. The first crew made false assumptions about what the setup was behind our existing dishwasher, gave up, and left. The second crew left live exposed electrical wires on the floor, claimed he couldn't get it unplugged from the wall outlet, and gave up and left. Since then, I uninstalled my old dishwasher myself (without the need for any tools) and made it as easy as possible for them to do it on what is about to be the third attempt... Third time's the charm! I hope...

I wanted to recognize the kind, cordial and helpfulness I received from your employee Jean. I was purchasing an outdoor patio table and needed assistance. She cheerfully asked if I needed help even though the store was busy at the time and brought a 4-wheel flat cart over to me and also helped me load the item. She also asked if there were any other items I needed help finding in the store. The entire time Jean was cheerful, smiling, cordial and went above and beyond to make my experience at Home Depot a positive one. In this day and age when genuine customer service is hard to find, please recognize her incredible customer service!
