The store was out of stock for what I was looking for, but the staff in the garden area was helpful to make sure I had what I needed to finish the project. I was surprised by how friendly the staff was so close to closing time.

Tosha Brooks is the best Appliance Specialist I've experienced. She was patient with me, very pleasant, professional and helped me make the best decision for me and my family. I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer that will be delivered and installed in the next week! Love this store! Everyone is friendly and willing to help!

EVERYTHNG I NEEDED WAS IN STOCK - I DID NOT HAVE TO JUMP FROM STORE TO STORE TO PURCHASE WHAT I NEEDED. I MADE IT HOME FOR DINNER AT A DECENT HOUR. I NOTICED THAT THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED - MADE SHOPPING EASIER AND LESS STRESSFULL - I ACTUALL BOUGHT MORE THAN I HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED. THANK YOU

Sales person was very helpful with product knowledge and specifics for special uses of the appliance I wanted Jennifer Arias guided me to the appliance I should consider for extreme temperature application I was considering Glad HD has hire d the right people in this Dept. Poor management makes poor Service I shop here on a daily basis considering I am a contractor and get treated like a stranger every time and always such a big deal to get help

No associate help, ever. Serena, the cashier, was great. Quick to ask if I was ready to check out, quick to get me on my way. She is deserving of a customer service award.

Angie at Special Services counter was awesome!!!! She was so friendly and quick to help me save money by opening credit card. Usually great customer service is hard to find but she's a gem!!!

Love this store and would recommend besides the rude, older red haired lady that helps at self checkout. Just because she is miserable doesn’t mean she needs to treat customers poorly.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING IN THERE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT. THE STORE WAS NEAT A CLEAN AND ASSOCIATE WERE VERY HELPFUL.

While the people out on the floor are very helpful in directing you where to find items, the ladies behind the service desk could use some lessons in customer service. I had always learned that you at least acknowledge the customer and attend to those standing in front of you rather than a menial task at hand. I was ignored for a good 5 minutes and then was treated rudely because I said "excuse me." I can get most of the things I need with two day delivery from another retailer but this store is convenient when I need something at the last minute.

Jim #1 was helpful and friendly. Made up for the bad experience I had returning items with your front desk employees.

The store is similar to most hardware stores but the prices are a little higher at Home Depot. The lady who usually greets you at the entry is always very nice. She's been there for some years now.

If you are looking to purchase new granite countertops go to this Home Depot and ask for Fatime Destani! She is so informative, patient and very kind. She doesn't push you to purchase the most expensive but helps you pick whats best for you! Plus they have so many choices and with Fatime it's easy!! I swear we went to so many places and they were over priced and rude

It's Home Depot. Either they have what you want in stock or they don't. Also, expect to pay a premium because, Home Depot, whether it is a premium product or not. Compared to other big box home improvement stores, this is the epitome of you get what you pay for. Sometimes it hit or miss on a particular product. I don't like the fact that large items are usually special order and you'll have to wait for it to be delivered and pay for the delivery services. Seems underhanded and unscrupulous and basically paying another higher premium price. They're no different from other big box home improvement stores. I was able to look at a representation of what I wanted to purchase but not able to bring home immediately. I was able to get assistance from a store associate when one from another department became available. The store seemed clean but then, it is Christmas time and all stores look like they've been gone through and there is usually some sort of crap out of place or in the wrong location. Store associates are very friendly and helpful but they do seem stressed, overworked and frazzled. Some have learned the art of hiding when us crazed shoppers enter the confines of Home Depot. It's not another big box store at Christmas time so no need to don hockey pads or football helmets to deal with the crazies

This location is only about 5 miles from my new home. I didn’t realize how much I would need to visit HomeDepot, but I’m glad I found this location. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist! The check out process was quick and easy. I will continue to shop at this location for this main reason. Last, all items I needed were in stock! That’s the icing on the cake!
