Despite there being a Home Depot closer to my home, I make it a point to shop the Shorewood, IL location.

This is my GOTO store for every season. Besides the Store cleanliness and the itinerary, all the staff here are very Lively and Helpful . It has never disappointed me!!

I love the Shorewood Home Depot. The Associates are knowledgeable and always ready to assist. I'm an interior designer and always in the store. There's never been an issue with returns and that's important to me. The design in my head doesn't always translate to a particular space. The Shorewood Home Depot, affectionately called My Store, My People!

I made a special trip to this Home Depot, because my store, did not have the item in stock. I went out of my way to this store and could not locate the zep vinegar 30%. Online, it said that store had 3 gallons , but no location. I had 2 very helpful employees, Tina and Rena, both help me. They went above and beyond to make sure my trip to this store was not in vain. Thank You Ladies, you are the best!!! You deserve a raise! 💜

Shorewood Home Depot is my go to store. Prices are good, store is laid out nicely and the staff are always courteous and friendly. Using the app in store makes shopping even more convenient and quick!

We started our morning off beautiful day on Saturday looking forward to our events that evening. We rented a truck to help us get to two places at once. We arrived in Oswego Home Depot. Gretted by Al in the rental department. AL had scan do attitude and smile to back it up! He proceeded to inform us that the truck wasn't there. Al said let me call Penske to find solution. Al could have said not my issue call Penske. Penske said they had a truck in Shorewood. We negotiated abetter rate (yes you can negotiate a better rate if it is inconvenient) all said a done with Penske. Drive to Shoreood to pick up our truck. We were meet by Kenneth and Bird Home Depot Shorewood location. Very professional about situation. We were told we could return our truck to Oswego location. Bird said that might be an issue as the truck is listed to that location. We mentioned that Penske said it was okay. Sunday we are returning the truck to Oswego. I was thinking here goes 2 hours of my life I won't get back. Only to meet by Ed we will call him Mister Personality! Can do attitude man! We mention our situation, "no problem" he said. We were in and out in less that 10 minutes. Great employees at Home Depot!

By far THE BEST shopping experience ever was at Home Depot in Shorewood. I went looking for Halloween products, one of which was on an above shelf and the employee grabbed it for me. I asked for another item, he looked up the sku and saw there were some in stock but could not locate them. He recruited a handful of other employees to look for it as well. In the meantime he told me to call the Joliet location (because it showed they had some in stock as well). I called and the woman that picked up was so rude and short and did not want to talk about Halloween decorations as their store “had none set out”. My husband and I walked around the store and an employee came running up to me letting me know he had found it!!! I am so thankful for the customer service we received. And will only be shopping at the Shorewood location from here on out. THANKS GUYS!!!

I have dealt with Home Depot in the past. I have always been more than satisfied. I was equally happy with the delivery.

I went to get help with my potted citrus plant and vegetable garden and was blown away by all of the knowledge Maggie gave me about so many plants .. She was so kind , caring , enthusiastic and super helpful with the many plants I needed help with. The store worked together so wonderfully as a team as well. I’m so thankful I went to a home Depor today.

We were purchasing a new appliance and we were extremely satisfied with the customer service offered to us. We would strongly recommend shopping at this store, as we have always been provided excellent service.

Went in to by a RING DOORBELL, the first 3 employees we encountered was no help at all. Service desk employee CHRISTINA finally helped us get what we came in looking for over an hour prior.

I can’t say enough good things about the Home Depot. I really enjoy shopping there. The people are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very organized and always fully stocked. It is a very clean store and check out/returns is very fast. I honestly don’t like shopping but I love shopping there! Thank you Home Depot you guys are one of the best stores out there. Don’t ever change a thing!

My shopping experiences have been excellent on each visit because I of the friendly and helpful service from staff.

Each visit to the Shorewood Home Depot has always been a very pleasant one because of the friendly and helpful staff. Today, I picked up my snowblower from Tool Rental department and I felt like family because I of their help. I also went to the Flooring department and bought a vacuum cleaner and had the same experience there and during check out the cashier actually came up to me an ushered me to check out at the customer service area. I didn't even know that I could check out there. The garden dept. is my favorite area because of the variety of flowers and plants. I just make it a trip to visit there all the time, especially in the Summer. I actually love meeting and talking to other plant lovers in the gardening department.

The appliance department was knowledgeable and super helpful with placing orders.
