Products are easy to find and there is always a generous supply. The employees are always courteous, professional, friendly, and very willing to assist the customer. The store was clean and the shelves were neat.

I am a Fl. resident but shopped the Home Depot in Anc. Alaska (zip 99507) while visiting my family. Jon, a floor employee was esp. polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am not used to the store. It was not esp. busy at the time I was there and he personally walked me to many items I would have found difficult to find, thus cutting my shopping time. Store was clean, check out was quick. Great store. Efficient employee.

The Home Depot on Abbott is to find the things you are looking for and if you are unable to find the product(s) the employees are more than willing to assist you. The store is always neat, clean, and orderly. All of the associates I have dealt with are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this store!

some staffs are not very knowledgeable about the location of products. but overall, they are all friendly and try to help out most of the time. love the location for sure.

The associates are available and eager to help you find your product. I often need help transporting my purchase and there they associates are willing and helpful. Store is clean and well organized.

Diney and Manny were two of the best staffs that I’ve ever met in any hardware stores!!!! They were above and beyond helping us out in finding what we need. Exceptional service, supportive and very informative throughout the process that made us pleasantly surprised these people still exist. We were looking for a Honda generator 2200W from the other side of the town. Since the other location didn’t have it, we were referred to come to this location but we couldn’t find it here either. Manny and Diney approaches us offering help. They were trying to find the product but was unsuccessful after attempting it for the first 15 min. They got our numbers and told us that they will keep us updated. Many people fail to follow up after this point. However, Diney kept us informed about the status and reminded us that she didn’t forget about it and still searching for it. She also called us soon after once she found it and we were able to purchase it right away!! I was very satisfied that she kept us updated with the status. We felt valued. Truly appreciate their hard work. I recommend this location of Home Depot for anyone looking for first class service. Thank you!

This store has extremely knowledgeable and courteous employees. I've no need to shop the competition, these folks are like family! They're always willing to help me figure my projects out and resolve any problems that happen. Just an average homeowner that appreciates the local resource for sure! Appreciation for all they do for verteran's as well!!

The staff was so helpful we will be back for more new (LED) lighting fixtures as we complete upgrading our 1970's era home.

Store is clean well setup. i can find most things i need without assistance. the employees are helpful and i like the electrical selection the store has to offer.

Super friendly and helpful employees - went out of their way to find an older model of a product that they used to carry. Also called me back with information on ordering the product I needed. Very nice shopping experience!

I have generally been satisfied with the stock available and store employees have been helpful when asked (and when they encounter me and have asked if I need assistance). On this visit, I found what I needed and was able to check out quickly.

Store was clean, products were easy to find. Sales associate was friendly and informative. She gave instructions for what to do if the product didnt work.

Every time I visit this store everything is clean and organized the way is easy to find what you looking for and the customer service is awesome Great job guys.

Would not recommend unless you want to do someone else's job. They pay people to be cashiers. I am not an employee nor do I get a discount when told I have to use self check out (do the cashiers job(. Why would I want to do their job and not get a discount. Employees get a discount so why don't I if I am doing their job?

While other stores may be great fits for lots of selections and resources to pull from, they can get to feel to busy for me at times. This store is like a gem among the rest with outstanding customer service throughout the store! I look forward to the life of my house, (recently my first new home purchase for building a family) for using and recommending this store to friends and family! The members of the team at this store are people who take care of their customers and families that come in. That’s the reputation I get when I first walked into the store. I am greatful to make new friends and start building projects with my new house. I look forward to more building in the future & would recommend this store for its quality and professionalism!
