I went to the store lost and frustrated not having a clue what I needed to make a stackable washer and dryer compatible. Over the telephone., cashier Jennifer was pleasant, knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction by providing the appropriate staff verses passing me off to another staff. Mr. Robert the store manager had a wealth of information. It blew my mind how much I've learned just working with him. I was about to get something I didn't even need and he prevented that unnecessary purchased. he spent a significant amount of time making sure I walked out with everything needed and I saved money too. He was very professional and super sweet. The entire staff was very friendly. You can definitely tell they had a great leader and once I met Mr. Robert I was like this is why everyone is so kind.

Employees here are eager to assist customers in their home improvement endeavors. During my recent visit, three different employees approached me asking if they could help. This is a "night and day" difference from other home improvement stores in the area. SE Anchorage Home Depot will definitely be my go-to for everything and anything home improvement!

As a general contractor i have been to every prodesk in the state. None of them compare to the prodesk at the south anchorage Home Depot on Abbott. Gigi and Taylor are amazing.

We are extremely happy with this store and its employees who helped us make a decision on a Samsung Kitchen Package recently. Everyone in the store says hello, do you need help, even the greeter at the entrance and the people at the sanitation stations are stocked full of sanitizer and new masks to wear. It's extremely easy to find a sales helper to assist in finding what we are looking for if it is a hard to find item.The store is organized well and clean and the Home Depot app makes it easy to go right to the aisle and bay to find items. There is plenty of room to pass other clients and the store has sanitizer bottles everywhere making it easy to keep a distance and clean hands to cut down on virus issues. The store is great about return items and refunds. It's location for us is perfect and even when busy parking is plentiful and safe. We highly recommend this store to anyone in Anchorage, but for sure southside and hillside Anchorage!

Everyone was Extremely helpful I found what I was looking for right away I got help getting everything I needed the store was clean

Seems to be a bit of dysfunction between work areas. Had a great experience with the customer service rep that helped me with the purchase but whoever coordinates deliveries could not figure out how to follow through. Said “their system or someone” rescheduled my delivery so they could not do it the day we agreed to. I made sure I would be available to receive it but instead had to return to the store to get it myself if I wanted it the day I actually scheduled.

This message is for the Store Manager I do recommend the Store because I can find things to purchase easier. The downfall is the STAFF. Staff are not offering help. I see staffs talking and doesn't even offer to ask customers if they need help. They have poor customer service in certain areas. Needs improvement and training of employees how they can provide a better quality of service to customers especially at this time of the pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic should give a warning to everyone working in the store so customers will be happy and can recommend friends to shop in the store.

The store was very clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The Abbott location in Anchorage Alaska definitely has my business. What a wonderful experience for me. Thank you too all the Employees

Very helpful staff on the floor! Their delivery could use better communication between the store staff and the third-party delivery service. The delivery service itself was wonderful!

Even before Covid19, restocking is slow. I once asked an associate in 2019 about a restock of a sump pump and was told there had been no restocking or even an order placed since the end of 2018. Personally, I'd like to see more attention to the organization of the small parts drawers. I know customers are mostly guilty of putting a particular size nut, bolt, etc., in the wrong bin but most every time I visit the drawers, there is disorder. Thank you for all other things you do well.

Our most recent visit was great! Tim from Appliances was made our new Washer-purchasing adventure so easy. He knew what he was talking about and we were in and out quicker than I expected. Ask for Tim!

my experience yesterday was above average from what I'm used to in all home depot stores

Check the computer screen for quantity and correct items at check out. 2 visits in 2 days, both times quantities and item numbers entered were wrong.

Why are the reserved parking spots for veterans no longer available?

This is a good Home Depot to purchase everything one needs for home or commercial projects. I have used it for both every since it was built there. Never had a problem getting my needs met. Except for special needs projects. Be nice not to have to order these things for instance elderly and handicap products. Overall I like this Home Depot shopped there for many years. Good location and employees.

I have always found the Home Depot on Abbott to be neat and orderly with sufficient products available. The employees are always courteous, friendly, and professional.
