Friendly and responsive but not a lot of noledge . As 1 employee told me we are just regular employees when I asked if there was any one that nose about some of the bath tubs.k

Great customer service and friendly staff

Thanks to Bob and Karol for taking me by the hand to locate the needed items from my shopping list.

I purchased paint for two rooms in my house. I gave the employee in the paint department measurements for the rooms and was told to buy what ended up being double the amount of paint needed. Now I’m sitting on over $100 worth of unopened and unusable paint cans that cannot be returned.

Actively supports veterans organizations .

Took several minutes to get help on the floor. Then I was double charged for a cut 2x6 and when I realized it 11 days later while returning another part of the purchase, customer service refused to refund the error.

The follow up with numerous employees landed me the instock refrigerator I wanted with a timely delivery the very same week! Go the HD in South Anchorage for great service!

We definitely love Home Depot in our home! We always seem to find what we need, and the guest service that we get from most locations and most of the employees has always been exceptional. I would like to give a shout out to Larry L. for his above and beyond service today. He stuck with us until we found the product we were looking for, and it no time, rolled his eyes, or seemed put out by having to do so! Sometimes that is a really hard thing to find in today’s society.

Products are good so as the store and employees but bad delivery service.

I just bought an LG matching Range and Microwave oven at Home Depot. And my experience was absolutely amazing. I saved money and finally found the appliances I was looking for. But the Associates that helped me was the key to my experience. Very knowledgeable professional patient thank you so much Jennifer and Zee who work at Home Depot at 1715 Abbot road Anchorage Ak.

First of all I would like to thank Mr. C for your incredible customer service. He was quickly to get things for us that we needed. When he was busy getting things on a pallet for us we asked a Milwaukee rep to assist us in getting a battery for us that wasn’t on the shelf and she replied the pattern was on a pallet in the back and would not be able to get someone to get us the battery and told us we need to go to another Home Depot. We had just bought 5 Milwaukee tools and she treated us very poorly. I will be contacting Milwaukee also about the behavior of the rep. I will finish this by Thanking Mr. C and the cashier Linda for excellent customer service!

I love the dewalt iphone charger cords they are my favorite however the stock was either low at abbott or out of stock at the rodeo and tudor stores

Michael at self checkout was engaging and super helpful.

I bought a stack washer/dryer unit to be installed today. They showed up late in the "afternoon" window rather than the morning as promised. The contract install people had no tools and had to borrow from me, they did something incorrect with the wiring that shorted out the washer so I had them take it back. I had the transaction refunded and will not buy appliances from them again, ever. I will never know if the product was any good because the pop, spark, electrical short killed it before I even got a chance to try it.

The assistance at garden department was above and beyond those guys got the hand dirty but they were excellent help helping me to get my products

I really like this store. It's is usually clean and stocked. You can almost always find an employee who will help you, or they'll grab another employee if they don't know. They will greet you as they are passing by. And, they love my dog : )

From the front door to check out, employees helped me find items, answer questions, and suggest items I was missing to complete my projects. Happy customer service agents processed my returns and informed me on promotions, and signed me up for their "rewards" program. You made me feel valued and important. Thank you all!

Went in to get some new locks and door handles because I'm going through a divorce and I need to change the locks. I've been putting off this trip because previous experiences have been less than stellar - so this time I tried a different Home Depot than I'm accustomed to. Not only did I get what I needed to complete the job at hand, but I left the store feeling better than when I entered and I wholly attribute that to my cashier Chris. His overall kindness, compassion, and willingness to help shone. I will make a point of going to this Home Depot in the future. Thank you again, Chris. I hope you hear of these reviews :)

We greatly appreciate the store being staffed with well trained, knowledgeable people. All who were eager to assist customers.

During our recent purchase of a Gas Stove the customer service provided was exemplary. The young man helping us was professional , knowledgeable , efficient and friendly. Such a rarity in retail shopping these day and was greatly appreciated,

This store personnel ALWAYS seems to be ready and willing to help me, or to at the very least TRY hard to help me, INCLUDING the managers! MGR Eric has helped me many times.. even gave me a HD Pro Hat! On this last occasion, I was trying to find a T-25H bit only (a tamperproof screwdriver bit only). Well this time it was the night MGR, Jessie B, who took me right to a "specialty" drawer in hardware and found exactly what I was looking for! Invaluable svc!

I had a wonderful customer experience while at this store today. Tom at the customer service desk assisting in getting a heavy item onto a cart, up to the check out & loaded into my car. Even thought Home Depot didn’t have one of what I needed the lady in self check out Terra I believe was her name, looked up my item and found it at another location. Thank you!

Terra is by far one of my favorites going into the Home Depot. So welcoming always makes sure I found everything ok asks if I need anything else for whatever project I’m working on.

I’m really pleased with my shopping experience here today, and thankful for the patience and help. Home projects are intimidating for me, and I walked in to find a team of helpers and teachers who made sure I knew what I needed and how it all worked. Thanks to Sarah and Bob!
