I tried this store even though it was a greater distance from me. They had all the items I needed and were very organized. It was worth the trip and Maria was so helpful!

This store seems to be in-stock on most everything I've gone looking for. The employees that I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and share that knowledge to assist customers make decisions that will work best for them.

This store is very clean and well stocked. I was helped by Jessica, a very nice young lady in the paint department. After she helped me with my paint selection she showed me where other items were located throughout the store. I had a long shopping list. Jessica's service went way above what I expected!

Today I stopped at Lowe’s to look at exterior stain. The guy behind the counter was terribly rude. Didn’t want to answer my questions and wouldn’t come down the isle to help with getting anything so I left and went to Home Depot. Jessica Lough works in the paint department and she’s awesome! She came out and answered all my questions. Then she put a dab of pre-tinted stain on a piece of cedar I had and dried it with a hair dryer so I could see what it would look like. Needless to say I purchase the stain from Home Depot. Customer Service was the best! If you stop in make sure you see her. She’s great!

Found the employees to be very friendly and ready to assist. Have been able to find the products I need when visiting the store.

This store is managed well in my opinion. The employees will often approach the customer to offer help and most seem knowledgeable. Also, despite the pandemic, the shelves are stocked and clean. Proper precautions against the virus are being enforced respectfully. And their garden center has a lot of good stock, good prices, and is well kept each season!

Rhonda and Jason were excellent associates who truly helped us! We will definitely be back to buy more items for our remodel.

THE STORE HAS EVERYTHING WE NEED FOR OUR HOME, PATIO AND GARDEN. THE STORE IS CLEAN, THE STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE LOVE OUR LOCAL HOME DEPOT.

We have had many good experiences at this store over the years. One associate helped us select the proper interior doors to replace our old outdated doors. This same man helped us select a proper garage door opener. The Chamberlain model he recommended is far nicer than the brand we had before. On another occasion, Brenda in flooring was very knowledgeable and helped us select a good product to replace a floor. Abe was very helpful in plumbing - helped us select a proper kitchen faucet. The associates at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ron #4129 was so helpful.D-24 He is retired from Sherwin Williams paint which i had been there before coming to your store. He was wonderful, even called me yesterday to follow up.I do not think i will return to Sherwin they were rude.

Poor follow through and misleading information

I would like to give the associate Matt F. (new employee) and cashier Jane recognition for going out of their way to be friendly and helpful! The manager of this particular store does a great job and making sure his employees are doing their job well for the customers. I can get in and out of that store quickly because it is well organized and there is always an employee close by to offer you help!

Watch your cashiers carefully when checking out by the foot lumber, the people who cut it for you are fine but the cashiers need trained!

WFe have been at the Washington Home Depot, many times always very clean, and all employees always very friendly and willing to help when needed

I was assisted to find the product I needed. It was brought to the register for me, even got me a cart to take from the store, Also made sure there was staff there at the door to load my purchase into my Ford Edge. The store was clean and everyone was pleasant and cheerful.

The cashier, Leah, was very courteous and helpful. I had a bit of trouble with my credit card and she was kind and helpful with me. That's the sort of people we need more of. Thank you.

The only thing I dont like is the parking lot, the way it's set up..other than that , it's a great store...
