After trying to purchase a new refrigerator at 2 other businesses and either not having the item I wanted or they tried to upsell me to something I couldn't afford or need...walked into Home Depot and found the one I wanted, that was on sale, ordered and scheduled delivery in a matter of minutes. Employee was very knowledgeable about both the product and set up process and took the time to explain the warranty plan I purchased

We were skeptical before going in as to what to expect in appliances and/ or customer service however, the Appliance Specialist, Vicki V. was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Store #4129 is my first stop for all my home improvement needs. It is always a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. I don't usually write reviews but when a store stands out over and above the competition they deserve recognition. Keep up the good work.

Awesome experience shoping for my dream refrigerator!

We came to get a new system for our shower, and we’re asking if it was something we could do easily and replace what’s there. We spoke with a knowledge and friendly associate named Lloyd who made the experience easy and fun. He listened to our problem, and explained that it was actually a simple fix. He was right. He gave us the courage to do it without hiring a plumber and taught us a lot in one visit! I will be going back to this Home Depot in the future to get help from this great associate!

I had a manufacturers coupon that I applied to my purchase today, Thursday, March 17th, 2022. However, it was only my cashiers second week and she'd not yet had to do the process on her register. It was VERY NICE how a more senior cashiers came over to help, yet she couldn't do it either! This senior cashier called yet another lady over and she very methodically and slowly went through the steps and asked both of the other lady's if they had any questions! It was really NICE to see them all helping and resolving the coupon issue with the cash register. That more senior lady HAD to be a Mother as she had the patients fore certain. Thanks for making my day a little better after SEEING that act of kindness.

I shop at this store often and will continue to do so. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection and variety of products at great prices.

Our local Home Depot is a well rounded store that offers pretty much everything we need when it come to home improvement. the staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish that the presonnel were better informed on major appliances. We always have to get brand.model numbers and do the research ourselves. Other than that, our Home Depot is out first stop for home improvement needs.

I don't go to home improvement stores very often- only when something breaks and needs repair- so I don't know where all the products are. I walked into Home Depot in Washington PA and within 3 or 4 minutes a clerk came over to help me, seeing that I was searching but not finding what I needed.

For major jobs like James Hardie Siding you can trust Home Depot to special order and deliver all products needed to complete the whole job with no problems. The pro desk can help customers who are not contractors figure out cost of projects and assist with installation. Making home maintenance a lot easier for home owners. I appreciate Home Depot employees value me as a customer.
