Overall, We like shopping at Home Depot. It is convenient, well-stocked, and knowledgeable employees in most departments that we have shopped.

I shop exclusively at home depot and do so on a regular basis. I probably shop at the washington store twice a week. I am familiar with several of the associates and depend on them for their excellent service.

Extremely friendly staff, departments are knowledgeable in there specific products.

Terrible- the workers can’t be bothered. Causing you to have to call and talk to other workers to resolve your issues. Then you have to go to the store multiple times inconveniencing yourself, because the workers can’t take two minutes to check stock on an item or speak to you. Hire workers who actually want to be there and know the products!

Employees are always available and ready to help if needed.

Great store to shop ... easy to find whatever you are looking for. Aisle signage is so important. Helpful store associates.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to make sure I get what I need and if they do not have it, they show me something that is a good alternative to what I am looking for. They always stop to help me with what I am looking for and I am never disappointed. They are also very good at keeping the store clean and following all the safety rules and regulations when stocking and getting merchandise down from the top shelves.
