Great customer service, I just went and they were as courteous going in as they were when I left.

Bruce was great, he was working in lumber and ask if he could help. He listened to me ramble on about what I was looking for, I had no idea what to call it. He somehow figured out what it was and took me right to the product (self adhesive chalking does exist). He always made me feel very important and what I was looking from important. I had went to another home improvement store and walked out with nothing. I will always shop the Chester Home Depot and tell friends to also. The store was/always clean.

Have no problem with this Home Depot. Thank you for the no interest coupons I receive. Been wanting to use them but on a fixed income and have to watch how I spend my money. Thank you.

Associates were very friendly, customer service was clean, service was fast, Melanie was and always has been a huge help! Will keep coming here!

Hands down one of the best Home Depots to shop. Plenty of parking and help loading if necessary. Very will maintained store and in-stock items

DJ in storm doors educated me on the process. took his time showing me options. He offers excellent customer service for everyone.

Employees hide away most of the time when you go in looking for help or when they see you walking down an isle they hurry up turn around and walk away the other way and bare off at the end of the isle so you don’t see them poor customer relations but the has everything you need that’s the only reason I go there it’s not like a neighborhood store anymore like it was when it first opened they had a greeter someone always asking if you needed help that has disappeared for awhile now poor help.

if you are in need of help don't look for it @this store.

The store seems to be well organized and the prices seem to be adequate. It would be nice if the employees were more knowledgeable of the products.

This store is consistant with NO customer service at all. have to think about if I really need to subject myself to this type of retail experience

Stephon is a great clerk! Always asks if he may be of service. He explains products and their function easily for people that do not have an electrical back ground. He’s great!!!

Talk about going the extra mile!...This store was on point. Didn't have to "find" an employee for help like some other stores. The employees worked as a team. It was close to closing and they still were happy to help. They had a smile on their face and made sure I had a great shopping experience. Stock, prices, and customer service was awesome. Ordering on line didn't work well for me, it was a week long drama with five calls to corporate three to my bank, and more finger pointing between stores than I could handle. The manager did step in and handled things right and the delivery man from Mechanicsville was very professional, but it may be too little to late for me to return any time soon, but I do appreciate the managers quick response and action once involved. I don't drink but tonight that may change.

Customer serivce is outstanding! The employees I spoke to on both visits to the store were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Carmelo for helping me with my "honey-do" list problems. I hate going to the home improvement stores with items my husband is asking for because it always turns into a 2 trip process. I would always end up getting the wrong things. Carmelo showed me a fool proof way to eliminate that problem. Thank you Carmelo you rock!

I like Home Depot and generally have had a good experience there. However today was not goodI am a young veteran and had the worst experience with a particular cashier at the register. I wasn’t as offended as much as my mother was for me. We didn’t say anything at the time but after checking out with my mother she asked me if I thought the lady didn’t believe I was a military veteran. I said no- not at all. She was almost interrogating about being a veteran and wanted to ensure my VA card said it was service connected. It happens to me a lot being a healthy looking younger blonde girl but it’s a little annoying and I’m a little sick of entitled boomers. Veterans come in all shapes, sizes, colors, ages ect. Even if she was skeptical she could have asked me questions and approached the situation in a less demeaning and accusatory manner.

The store was clean and products was easy to find. The associates were friendly and helpful.
