Its just an easy, calm, not crowded experience. The cashiers know their products and I didn’t have to measure anything and type it in the computer. They did it for me, I have a toddler so it would have been troublesome.

Just made a lot of home improvements from painting to flooring etc and could've have picked a better store. Had everything I needed and great staff to point me in the right direction. Especially the arm wrestling guys lol.

Always people to help, plenty in stock and organized well. I enjoy shopping at this store.

The Chester store staff are fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The ladies that run the monthly kid craft are amazing and truly the best. They make it a great time for the kids.

Each time I go to this Home Depot in Chester, Virginia, I have been treated nicely by all the different department workers. The store and the products it carries makes it good, and the quality of people working there makes it great!

I've come in contact with multiple employees over the past few weeks and all were nothing but helpful and polite. Look forward to shopping there

Associates are well trained. Even if the item you’re seeking is not in their area the will accompany you to its location. This is a great added value to the customer and a time saver.

Our family just moved from out of town. We are trying to figure out how to do a lot of things. The staff at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful in Addressing our needs. We recently went to the one in midlothian and did not have the same satisfaction.

The whole team was great. Kathryn who was in training made my life a little more bearable today. She didn't know my circumstances but her kindness was what I needed, the items I was buying were for my divorce, I had a meeting to sign for my new place. The "tough boxes" I grabbed were awesome but I grabbed 5 boxes and only 4 lids. Kathryn kept scanning my items while me and my 3yo power walked to the back. As i was putting the boxes in my truck i found that 2 of them were missing a handle I came back in the store, she greeted me and asked how she could help? I told her my issue, she said it looks about nap time go get the new ones and i'll handle this for you. I cant thank her enough, her kindness was not lost on me today. Please recognize your new employee for her outstanding customer service.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced from the moment I entered. I was greeted at the customer service line and directed to all of the aisles I needed to go to to get the things I needed. This particular Home Depot stood out from every other one I had ever been to. Between the customer service agent in the paint deportment who welcomed me to Virginia and was super sweet and very helpful and knowledgeable to Nick who helped me with creating a piece I need it for my bed, D.P who was just walking returning items in happen to stop her work to help me make my keys I will always come back to this Home Depot

Ya know, there's employees that welcome people, ones who make you feel like you're not welcomed, and then those who go the extra mile to help someone. This was the case with Marcus who as customer service would tell me, "is just a loader". Well, that "just a loader" is why I purchased more items than I came for. That "just a loader" is why I did the survey and why I have a little more faith in humanity. This guy didn't let me settle for something else, as I wanted to do, he went out of his way to find help and find what I actually came into the store for. So kudos to him for representing hard work and caring about his work place. Something Customer Service should do a little more of. I left happy that this fella helped me but also sad that his fellow employee thought "just a loader" was something to say to a customer, like his job didn't matter. Though he was the nicest and most helpful employee in the store. Thank you, Marcus. Home Depot should be glad they have you on staff!

This store is professional, courteous, friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable. I do Corporate Interiors and Behr Paints is Superior. This store is also superior with service and staff. Bar none over the other box stores.

This store is always clean and the associates are so friendly, but Rachel in paint was amazing!! I left confident in my purchase after she helped me.
