This store is close to where l live, and l always find what l need, for most of my projects and or repairs. I am currently shopping for a new stuff shed, and l have found the shed that will fit my needs. I will be purchasing the shed in the next few days and will purchase it on my home depot cred card.

A great store, good inventory, adequate clearance appliance choices, nice employees and pleasant customer service.

The employees at this store are very nice, and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We shop here several times a week and in the last six years, we have not had a bad experience, ever. When you need anything, they have it or can get it for you. They provide sound advise and fully support your decision, even if you don't take their advise.

I was very satisfied with the custmer service that I received today.

Normally our favorite Home Depot in the Albuquerque Area. Well laid out. Good selection. I gave it a 4 star, for today only, because of the customer service on my wife;s first visit today.. My wife encountered an Associate, in Appliances, that was not very helpful. Could be to volume of customers.per associate. Or to the complacency of this particular Associate. (but if you read below, one associate, on our subsequent visit today, made me feel the store needed a 5) That being said, I took my wife back to the store. Different Associate. Different experience. II you are interested in Appliances, and you happen to run across a young lady named Jules, you will be a happy buyer. Hard working (she was on the floor fixing an appliance when I approached her and she jumped right up), very knowledgeable and efficient. Explain everything to us. Has a great personality too. Even loaded our stove on our truck in almost no time at all. That's customer service. So, for Jules... a 10 out of 5. Normally this store has great associates. I started out with a 4 rating. But, remembering Jules, I changed it to a 5. Thanks Jules for everything.

Store is clean, good prices. tool rental, and love the home and garden section.

I have always been treated as a welcome guest not just another customer....That is very much appreciated, especially now during the Virus scare... I am your customer and you will always be my preferred store for all my house needs. If I cannot find it, you get it for me....If it is not right, you will exchange it....If I need help with a project, you will teach me the right way....Is there more to say?

The store needs to drop the face mask rule immediately. Social distancing is sufficient.

I used to enjoy coming to this store because of the great service. Now the service has hit bottom. It as if all the professionals are gone and have been replaced by people that don't want to be there and approach their responsibility to Home Depot and it's customers as an inconvenience instead of an opportunity.

Store employee was very helpful with an item I needed. Was happy with my shopping experience.

We had a semi major project , because of the virus our store in Co did not have many of the building items we needed We lived in Albq and knew about this store Called on phone and Janice went above and beyond great customer service to help us get everything we needed. Put it all together and helped with the entire orde . Thank you for job well done

There is an employee by the name of Gilbert that I encountered today. He went above & beyond with his kindness and help. I will forever shop at this Home Depot

The employees are very friendly and the store is very organized so things are easy to find.

Customer service was rude.. also be aware that online prices are different from Store location prices and the company does not honor. So every store can make whatever price they want on products. In order to receive online price I was told to return the original product I had bought in store and purchase online to receive at online price. So becareful community!! Home Depot is inflation of price in store versus you buying online with store pickup! So double check all your purchases when buying!

General help was alright cashier interaction better then most stores

Very happy with Sabrina, Dan, and Ron. All 3 helped me make a few large purchases and went as far as to help me retrieve the items and load them. Sabrina exceeded my expectations by helping me with a coupon issue that I was having. I felt like she was watching out for what was best for me and that is VERY appreciated. Note- the store will not rekey locks unless purchased from them unlike their competitor.

Pathetic customer service. Asked a simple question, whether or not the store would be receiving any more shipments of pellet fuel. Was told "I don't know", no offer to find out, nothing. I left the store and called to speak to someone in garden. Even though I asked about the store receiving more shipments other than what they had, the associate kept saying "we have some now". I had to explain several times that I knew that they had some now, but I was trying to determine how many I had to buy now since I don't live in the area and whether or not they are getting more shipments determines what I am doing. Finally he understood my question, but again the same answer "I don't know", no offer to find out, nothing. I called back and asked for a customer service representative. The exact same scenario, no one actually listened to my question, when he finally understood my question I was transferred to garden, same guy I had just talked to. So I asked for a manager, after being told he could help me several times, he finally agreed to just get a manager. Well, a manager never answered, instead the same guy from garden got on the phone and just said hello. When I tried to tell him I was still holding for the manager he hung up. Absolutely pathetic customer service. You would think that the employees in this location would realize that they don't just service Bernalillo and that some people have to try to plan and budget for purchasing certain items because the winter season lasts much longer in some areas that they service. There are other stores in area, which I will be giving my business to.

The employees at this store are the worst I have come across. No one helps in the departments and then I get to the self check out where the cashier wants to touch me inappropriately. Gross!!

Great store, this is what most Home Depot stores were like back in the 1980’s when they were new. This store in Rio Rancho on hwy 550 has pride, is clean, organized and the employees care.

Love to shop here because of how friendly everyone is and knowledgeable!

This store is always clean and neat. There’s always someone nearby to ask for help. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

This store is very well organized and less chaotic than other HD stores.
