This is not a good store as most employees do not have any experience with the products, and mostly they do not know where anything is. Also, the quality of the wood has gone downhill and do not even get me started about the customer service/return area. It is always crowded, moves very slowly and mostly clueless.

Ordered something online for pick up. Apparently it was out of stock, but the folks in customer service were good enough to call me and automatically credit my card. Once again, these folks go above and beyond. This is why I will always go to this store.

I love the store! but i felt it was strange to (Pay in full) for a installation and not know when they will start or how it will look after the installation. and then ask for a review? Nervous

Jennifer in Customer Service was great! Downsized Home Depots like this are often a disappointment. Convenient but often disappointing I'm not sure going into Terchiary markets is worthwhile. often difficult to find in store help here.

Waited 20 minutes to get help, an elderly lady asked me to help her because she had been waiting a half hour for help just to load a umbrella on her Cary. 6 employees standing at customer service drinking water and talking. Said there were to saws in stock but after 40 minutes they said there were none. Had to order it and they screwed that up. Was there over a hour. I gave it 1 star but if I could I'd give it -5 stars. Will NEVER shop Home Depot again.

I find the Ranson Home Depot always clean and well stocked. The employees/ associates are always happy to assist you when you have questions. Very helpful team. There are extra masks and disinfectant at the entrance of the store. This practice gives you peace of mind in fighting Covid-19 or any other illnesses.

No Wait Lines with Friendly Employees

Employees are always helpful and they treat you like guests. I always go to the Ranson store even though the Hagerstown Home Depot and the Martinsburg Lowe’s are much closer. I’ve had many good experiences at the Ranson store.

Always nice to get the help needed, especially when doing first-time projects at home. The store associates were proactive in helping me achieve my goals.

Nicest Home Depot I have ever been to and the employees are super courteous. Will not go anywhere else.

The personnel here differentiate themselves from any of the other home improvement stores I visit. Selection and pricing is comparable but the employees here have always been a pleasure to work and interact with!

All the associates at the store are always friendly and helpful. Mike always welcomes us with a friendly "good morning" and is quick to help us check out at self checkout when the other lines are busy.

I love the store. It’s always neat and has everything I need. This time the customer service was not good. No help loading heavy shelves and I have a bad back and I had to do some of the cashiers work.

The Ranson Home Depot is one of my favorite shopping destinations.

The Customer Service Associate Jennifer was very friendly and helpful in processing my pickup order. She took the extra time to reprocess my my order so I could get my military discount that wasn't offered when I ordered online.

In stock inventory is weak. Staffers assigned to the Pro Desk have little to no construction/building experience, and, therefore, have no knowledge in the field. Staffers appear to be well trained in telling customers "I'm sorry" when they are out of stock on an item or have no information they could give a customer. Translation-"we don't care that this or that item is not here. It's not our fault. Now move along." Only Jesse, Betsy, Tim, Bob, or Mark are worthy of being employees. More saving, less doing?? Sham

This has nothing to do with the store but I ordered online through this store for a dishwasher on 11/27/2029 and received an email verification with delivery on 1/15/2021. I never received a call on 1/14/2021 for delivery so I contacted live chat who told me they would have their manager call me, they never did. In the morning of 1/15/2021 I live chatted with Star who was very helpful. She informed me there was a glitch in the system and my order was never pushed through. She pushed it through today and the best delivery date was 1/29/2021, which is unacceptable, since I took off work to receive the delivery. She tried to get the delivery completed today with no success. She did refund me the delivery fee, however. She said I could call the Home Depot delivery service and see what they could do. So I called and spoke to Latisha, a worthless customer service rep who had the attitude of "so sorry, so sad". She didnt want to help, she didn't care the issue, and I told her she was terrible. I will NEVER be ordering from Home Depot again. This is terrible and unacceptable business.

The Store Employees here are in danger because store management will not enforce a mask wearing policy. Five White men today in under an hour passed me without masks on. Absolutely a crime when 1000s of people are dying each day from this virus. Pitiful, and until HD Begins enforcing this rule, I'll do my shopping elsewhere.

Easy in and out, Pro desk is good

The Pro Desk here is a bright spot in a world that doesn't understand customer service. I placed an order for metal roofing and all the accessories - screws, sealant, etc. - with Bob at the Pro Desk. Very very good experience. And, other staff at the Pro Desk help you feel valued - Kim even remembered and greeted me by name.

Store employee (Kristy) at the Ranson WV store was a great help obtaining the sale price of the water softener I purchased from them.
