I am very happy with the mower I bought

I have had wonderful experiences with all of the employees at this store. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchase of a double hung window was made 4/5/2021 and installed. However the installer compromised the install and the window leaked. A new window was ordered and two years to the date the new window was installed. Your contracting services leaves a lot to be desired!

All employees I met were happy to help us and the cashier was terrific.

This Home Depot is my go to when my usual equipment/electrical suppliers can’t help me. All of my tools are bought there. Great place and most of the workers care to help you

I came in because another local retailer did not have what I needed. I just purchased an older home and have a lot of future renovations. I am redoing a bathroom and purchased paint and a mirror. Justin was so very helpful. The store was very clean and had most things on display so that I could see what it looked like before purchasing. The selection and customer service were excellent. I will drive the 20 minutes here now instead. I still have a ton of upcoming projects.

Cindy went out of her way to help me check out through the self checkout lane. I had products that needed to be looked up and she jumped right in and made it happen. She kept me from standing in the regular lane looking like a big dummy when self check out was wide open and empty. Cindy , You Rock, Great Job!!!

I purchased a tool chest from the Ranson location. When I came to pickup the item, it would not fit in my vehicle. Alex (without hesitation), offered to load the item on his truck and deliver the item to my residence that was 5 minutes away. Some may think this was a small gesture. However, Alex saved me a great deal of time and effort to coordinate and return with a different vehicle. The whole store team are friendly and have a helpful attitude!

We have been going there for all of our much needed materials and stuff for our home project. This place is amazing, And I highly recommend dealing with Chris in the Pro Desk Department.

I went to the Ranson store today to pick up some flooring the associate John in flooring was incredible and very helpful . I will be a repeat customer at this store as they truly take customer service seriously.

See the cashier Naomi, she doesn't scan all items and can't count. Buy one get two free. Even better if she busy texting on her phone.

I'm a DIYer but I need to more more. Can you offer classes again please. You do hire some really nice and friendly people

Just want to Give a shot out to Ken for his excellent customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping me during my recent visit at the Home Depot. We need more people like you in customer service. Wish I had a phot with him. And sorry I don’t.

I found what I was looking for without assistance (not a problem), however, they had no full service lines available with a long line at the self-service checkout. Not all the self-service take cash (which I was using) so I had to wait even longer. All this while at least two associates stood and chatted with each other.

I just bought a tuff-shed, Manager Angie took me through the process and made it easy for a old disabled Veteran to get what i wanted. A credit to Ranson WV Home Depot!

Hands down the best and cleanest Home Depot I’ve been to. Well stocked and employees were exceptional! I traveled over 2 hrs for this store and would happily do it again.

Cory and Shannon were both friendly and helpful in assisting me with shopping questions today. So happy to have a Home Depot near me filled with happy, knowledgeable employees.

This store is always so great to shop at and they are always so clean and well stocked and I cannot begin to shay enough good things about the staff and the customer service I have received there in the past. They are courteous, helpful, take you to aisle where the product you are searching for is located and if it is not there they will help you get it. Wonderful staff!! Wish they were in my home town!!

I went directly to the paint department, there was DEB, who helped me with my questions about paint amount. She was very helpful, courteous, friendly and kind. I will definitely come back to this Home Depot for the excellent service. She explained to me about the paint and tools to use. A super big thanks to DEB!!!!

We spent $127. On a few plants and they would not give Veteran discount based on his drivers license showing Veteran. Ridiculous.

The Ranson, WV Home Depot store has been my "go to" for home improvement supplies. I remember the days before the store was in our area and was very happy when it was built so close to home. Been going there ever since.

This is our favorite home improvement store.We have always had great service at the Ranson store

This was the first time I purchase this product but, very happy that I did great quality at great price.

I had bought a ton of mulch on the 5 for 10 deal, and the cashiers were super helpful in showing me what product I described and directing me around the building. When I paid I pulled around the side and the guy that loaded the mulch into the car was super nice and respectful. I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a pink and white tie dye shirt and was probably in his early 20’s. Will definitely go here for everything I need from now on!

I needed soil and mulch. I’m fully capable in getting it myself, but two gentleman asked me what I needed and how much and took care of it for me. Then, brought out several pairs of gardening gloves so I didn’t need to look for them. Great experience here.
