Waited around for help for more time than I would have liked, but as soon as Jaden arrived, my shopping experience got 10x better! He was super friendly and jumped right on helping me with retrieving my items!

I had no idea Home Depot has a product that solidifies old paint. The staff in the paint department pointed me to HDX Paint Hardener and said how to use it. Very easy and the old paint was made acceptable for the landfill. Thank you!

Bought filters that didnt last very long. The customer service at Ranson was very friendly, fast, and respectful Definitely am shopping here more often.

The sales cashier, LESLIE, was very rude to me and my mother. She acted inconsiderate to me regarding earning a perk reward and did not know anything about how to apply such perks toward my purchases. I will avoid her at all cost. However, I encountered her again today, for she wanted me to move out of line. I said, "I am fine here." LESLIE then replied in a cocky tone, "If you want to stand there all day, be my guest." Very mean that woman is!! If she ever talks to me or my mom like she did today in front of other customers, I will have to have a talk with her and her manager about teaching LESLIE how not to use sarcastic tones with customers.

I went into the store last night and was created as soon as I walked in the door.. I went to the kitchen faucets were at, but wasn't sure the kind I needed to get. I asked a salesperson to help me through this process and they were helping another customer and then they would be right back with me after they were done.. And he was, he looks good to his words, and he helped me out tremendously. He asked me first what I was looking for, then he has the price range I was willing to spend, then I show the picture of my old one so he would know what I was looking for.. that gentleman did an excellent job he was very nice and polite and I think more stores need people in their stores like the one Ranson WV Has.. the cashier was exceptional also.. Thank you

Moving from DC area to here, they are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a Home Depot

If you want to have an upbeat experience, go to the Home Depot in Ranson, WV. Every employee was smiling, the customers were smiling - it was just plan FUN to shop there. I suspect it also inspired me to get a few new project ideas, LOL.

EVERY TIME WE SHOP AT THE RANSON HOME DEPOT WE ALWAYS ENJOY THE EMPLOYEE'S AND THE GREAT SHOPPING EXPERINCE

I needed some lumber for a home project. I was acknowledged from the time I walked into the store. Shonna was so helpful with finding a lumber specialist. I explained what I needed and what was doing and Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the lumber, cut it for me and loaded it on the cart for me. Betsy was also great for helping me pick out a new drill, bits and screws. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very impressed with how they all worked together!

I work in the retail industry. It's sad that the shelves are bare. Nothing is stocked like it should be. Yet when Shelly is in Garden I always seeing her stock a shelf even with one hand. Just to keep customers like me happy. You need more workers with her work ethics...

Great Location. Easy access. Awesome inventory with practically every thing for the home. Clean. Greatg displays, especially the sale items on the end caps and aisles.. I have never had a problem finding anything I need at Home Depot the past 4 years.

If you ever need help at this store in lumber TJ is your guy!!!! I had a big order and he lined everything up and got it loaded!
