The customer service at this location has always been impeccable. I have never had a problem with any rep, but when I came in with 2 fully loaded shopping carts full of return items of excess material from almost a years worth of renovation jobs, Coy at the customer service desk graciously and patiently helped me transact all of the returns which was a very arduous process. Now my shed is very clear and I have lots of store credits to use for future purchases!

Irresponsible dog owners can't shop without fido by their side made for a disgusting visit to HD. Barking dogs and poop everywhere. People stepping in it.

Jacob in Customer Service (Ranson, WVStore) was amazing. This kid could literally run the whole store. Extremely knowledgeable. I was beyond impressed with him.

The customer service in the lawn and garden today was very disappointing. No assistance from loading pavers on a cart to loading on our truck and top it off the cashier was rude. We have never had experience such poor service.

We purchased ceiling fans for our new build in Florida and had wonderful experiences with the customer service employees!

HD has BEHR paint, which is 100% better than Valspar. They have reasonably priced Masonite patio doors vs cheap JELD-WEN like competitor. Prices still less expensive even with 5% discount at major competitor.

Mickayla & Corinne were awesome to work with in my vendor return/exchange that had been direct delivered to my home & had to be reordered. I expected that the situation may be painful, but it was simple and they took care of everything for me. Pleasant and professional!

I had coins get stuck in the self service checkout and the staff couldn't figure out what to do to fix it. Instead of doing the courteous thing and crediting me for the coins stuck in the machine, they forced me to pay twice for the same item. I was very disappointed with the attitude and customer service of the lead front end staff and will think twice before shopping there again.

I went in to buy some items to help refresh my kitchen and after speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I decided to buy all new cabinets. Great experience!

Great selection, competitive prices. The staff are truly helpful. The cashiers know the store inside and out. The lumber department will even help you load your products. Cindy is a Cashier, very knowledgeable and helpful. Tell her Jason sent you.

going to give Mark in Millwork a plug. if you need help with windows and doors this guy is excellent. The store has a solid customer service dept and a good pro department. If you can pick Chau on checkout she will brighten your day.

I have been buying at this store for over 14 years. Alway great. If a product was not what I expected I could get an easy return. Most employees really know their products- If they are unsure- they will get someone that knows more.

Not sure what hglenas taken place, except I noticed that the worker appear to NOT BE the younger generation and know how to pay attention to the customers again. Great Job, enjoy the change and will definitely be back for all my needs.

I have been in multiple large hardware stores in many geographic locations. This location far exceeds any in the Tri-State area. Judith is the most delightful cashier, Cindy is also a fabulous employee, I have seen Cindy in multiple departments, she is also both amazing and outgoing. They have many stellar employees. The best place I have ever shopped.

They always have what I need. The employees are great and understand what they know and what they do not fully understand- in that case they find someone who does know more.

We had an amazing time at the store. We saw and got everything we wanted and some we didn't need but got it cause we saw it. That store has done a complete turn around.
