Ever have one of those days when you have so much to do and not enough day to do it? Stressful, right? Well throw in a broken oven door. That led me to visit Home Depot. I had already had a full day and the last thing I wanted to do was wait for someone to assist me and then wait in line to pay. I was given ample time to make a selection. When I was ready an associate came over to assist me. He was pleasant and informative. He took time to explain all the bells, whistles, installation and warranties of my purchase. I am comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase our new gas stove from Home Depot on Post Road in Indianapolis, IN. I would recommend this location, especially if you are having one of those days.

The staff in appliances (Tom) and the manager (Tina) were beyond helpful. They assisted me in making a plan for returning a delivered appliance and were kind as I sorted out details. It is so refreshing to have personalized service with a smile!

Associates are friendly, helpful when I have questions

I came into the HD on Post rd. and was greeted with a smile, this is very important to me. Brittany was my cashier and she went out of her way to be nice, the reason I mention this is because I was having a very bad day; Brittany smiled and was super friendly and opened my eyes that the world is not as bad as I was thinking.

We made several visits to the Post Rd. Home Depot! We were looking for new appliances in a home we just purchased. Tom and Marshall were so helpful through the entire process. Tom provided helpful information on each product we were considering, and finally helped us to make the best decision for our space. When we finally returned to make our purchase, Marshall re-staged our ticket and had us checked out in no time! We cannot thank these gentlemen enough for their patience and guidance through the process.

As always, the best DYI store around.

James and lumber is awesome! He helped my me think through my project and assisted me to the van and loaded everything up.

Friendly and courteous employees

Every time that I have gone to the store everyone has been so helpful and courteous. The store is always so nice and clean. everything is always in place.

I was checking out at the store today, I had 4 items total...two yardsticks and two packs of paint stir sticks. Each of these 4 items cost a total of 98 cents a piece. Order total was $4.19. There were three others checking out with much more and more expensive items. The self-scan attendant came up and made it a point to ask me loudly, did we scan both of those yardsticks. A question that she could have answered her self by looking at the screen above the self scan register. It is at least as big as a 19" TV. And we had already scanned all 4 items anyways. All she did was embarrass, my wife doing the scanning, upset me off for asking; and if she could see the order and count the items, she could see the check out screen showing the items too. Any more of this stuff and I won't be coming back!!!!!! What was funny about all of this there was a guy back by the clearance items putting stuff together to make one item out of two. I saw it, but I am not the security director for the store...bet he got a nice discount! Karma...but I will say this much bother me while I am checking out again, and it will be the last time I EVER BUY FROM THEM. If they want to check receipts after we are done that is fine, but do it on the way out, not while we are at the check out.

Michael in the Garden Center was very helpful and exuded great customer service! Greeting customers at the entrance and offering to assist them locating items is a mark of great service. I also noticed other employees in that department assisting other customers by loading their vehicles. The garden center was well stocked and all sale items were available. Great overall experience.

Mike and Mike at the Pro desk are very knowledgeable and very friendly, the best.

Store employees very accommodating. Still wish you managers and cashier would understand that not every Veteran has a ID card. I have an American Legion membership card which requires a DD form 214 to belong. Please help with this problem or change your advertising to state only those Veterans who have retired from military... If this is the case I will take my business where it is appreciated. Sorry....but addressing this issue is greatly appreciated.

In the past I had a hard time finding help throughout the store. This year however I seem to be approached by at least two people before I get to where I am going. Also, Home depot seems to have a little more selection than another store I go to,

I love the Home Depot on Post Road. Everyone from the time I walk in and leave are very helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. Debbie , Jeff, Mike at the Contractor Desk - Tom at the appliance -Elouise at returns. Just everyone. Thanks for always making my shopping experience easy.

A pleasant Easter Sunday Visit, the Post Road store, very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Everything easily found, great prices and plenty of help when you need it most. Thank you for a great shopping Experience.

Be sure to where your smock if you shop here. They expect you to perform employee duties.
