The store is busy, but, clean and the emolyees are friendly and helpful

The associates are amazing. Mark in plumbing helped me find a tool for a quick job. He's been there for at least a decade and has saved me thousands by his drive to help. By educating me. By enabling me to solve small plumbing issues. He has easily saved me $5k in the last decade. Real money our family of 5 has been able to spend other places. And just as importantly he's helped me understand when it's time to call in the professionals.

Cashier Rica, great Cashier helped me with all my needs! Will be returning!

Incompetent employees, dead plants, rude management

Mostly lazy unprofessional employees and managers, uninterested in helping customers. After repeated calls to get a manager to help with an issue, don’t expect anyone to come! Don’t expect help at this location. Shelves are always empty or so cluttered you can not find anything. Store has turned into a dump inside and out! Only a handful of longtime older professional employees that try to help. Must of ran most of the good employees away. Take my advise and take your business elsewhere.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot due to helpful customer service focused associates. Management at Post Road location does excellent team building talks.

It was easy to find the department I was looking for. Someone came to help me immediately. I was pleased with the salesperson's knowledge.

We visit the HomeDepot on Post Road multiple times during the week. The staff are always great. Tall guy in plumbing is very knowledgeable. We love Sherri the cashier that works in the Contractor area.

I arrived just before closing on a Friday night to rent equipment. Jose was so helpful, patient, and kind.

I normally shop at this store for my gardening ,plumbing,electrical , painting supplys, and lumber. I have purchased appliances. They have been curious and attentive. They usually have what I need. Especially my dewalt needs. But not bilge pumps. Hope to visit again soon. No clutter store is clean.

This location provided me with two different quotes for the exact same project requirements (second quote amount was double the first amount); its all based on who answers the phone.

Awesome store with AMAZING EMPLOYEES, they are consistently kind, respectful, and helpful. They allow me to make decisions regarding my health and conscience regarding if I wear a mask. They do not discriminate against me for not wearing a mask, and their employees continue to treat me like a human and valuable customer. I therefore choose to shop at Home Depot for everything I can. Good Parking Friendly People Store was very clean

Customer service was excellent! Christmas decor was out of stock and Brenden helped assure I got the set I wanted! He and Mallorie went above and beyond to help remove the display and load it in my car! Made my whole Christmas season! Great work and much appreciated! Thank you all!

We went looking for outdoor Christmas decor today (11/29) and were helped by an amazing employee! It was such a refreshing experience. His name is Jerry and he totally went above and beyond in helping us with what we were looking for. This guy needs a raise! FIVE+ STARS!!!!

This store was very clean and presentable, the two employees that helped us out were outstanding in the knowledge of products that they sell at Home Depot. My family will definitely be shopping here more often. The appliances department employees--Mr. Grable and Mr. Englert were awesome. I give you both a High-Five. You guys are the best and thank you for taking your time out of your busy schedule at the store to answer all of our questions on the washer and dryer. Thank you for not being pushy salesmen, as my mom can definitely pick up on it more than I can. It was a pleasure in doing business with both of you today. Keep up the good work. Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful.

The manager Tina was very rude and made sarcastic remarks and made me feel like I was a thief or that I couldn’t buy what I needed to complete my flooring project

Staff extremely polite, and always someone asking if you need assistance. They seem to want to help the customer and care about their job responsibilities.

Great experience for quick trip, few items needed. Checked out products and prices for future project. Friendly, busy employees. Clean organized store.
