We went for mulch, garden soil and top soil. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. All the employees that helped us were great. The cashier, the lady and gentleman who loaded it for us in the truck were quick and very professional. Really pleased.

Marshall was knowledgeable about the products. He made my experience great!

Every time I shop at the Home Depot on Post Road and Indianapolis it is always an awesome experience! I learn a lot and the employees there are very helpful. I will continue to shop there.

Bought a refrigerator and Kelly helped us with it. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She got us in and out quickly. No pressure we knew what we were looking for and she helped us with that. It’s rare to find someone that truly tries to help you these days. Kelly is the kind of employee that everyone should have working in customer service department big thumbs up to Kelly.

I purchased a cordless Ryobi tool set for my son-in-law. Customer service was excellent, James, when above and beyond helping me understand #Warranty versus Home Depot #Warranty. Assisted me at the self check out. And loaded the tool set in my truck. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a home improvement store and I will definitely be back.

I Just phoned in another order to Jeff H. at the post road Home Depot in Indianapolis. I have dealt with Jeff as my HD salesman for many years. His honesty and professionalism is unmatched in the industry. My company deals with many building material organizations in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Jeff is by far the most knowledeable contractor salesman that I know in the industry. I have been in business for 38 years this year and I plan on giving Jeff my lumber business now and in the future. I always have a great experience when I visit this location. The employees are helpful. They ask if I need help. The store is clean and organized. I love the prices compared to other home stores.

I have bought gifts and gift cards and Milwaukee tools and other items there for my son at Home Depot.. He is in construction and a Senior Bath Installer. His favorite store by far is Home Depot

The employee who helped me was great. He helped me find the product, got me a cart, helped me check out and load my truck. Very kind young man.

I unfortunately have a project that I was working on late and got to home Depot about 9:30 30 minutes before they closed has some issues trying to find product and the staff was still very genuine and helpful even though I was there late and they only had 30 minutes before they got to go home

The HDX Yellow and Black Storage Tubs are simply the best. There is no other product on the market that even comes close. My experience today was made even more pleasant as I was assisted in the self-checkout by Angie who was truly wonderful.

Had a great experience with the customer service desk who was very friendly and helpful fixing an error with an online order. In the past, items indicated as in stock generally are in fact in the store, and in the location indicated by the website.

Three employees provided stellar customer service. They helped me fund what I was looking for and got the parts I needed for a plumbing project.

Was able to go into this store to a friendly customer service worker and was able to look up not only 12 old receipts but where from a different state

Employee told us that cutting baseboards to the desired length was self-service and pointed out a rolling table that had wheels that wouldn’t lock with a tape measure and a dull hand saw. Needless to say, that was a disaster. Never going back! (Note: employee was walking through the store eating chips when we asked for help.)

My online order was messed up. The manager took care of me so I could still get the job done!

I couldn't find a specific tool and 2 employees named Norma Jean and Christan went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. These guys are serious about helping customers. Thanks guy!

Purchased yesterday, love it.

I came to the store to purchase a product that the online said that there was plenty in-stock. Once I arrived, it wasn't. Kayla helped me by offering me a different product for the price of the item I originally intended to purchase!!!
