I ordered a gate on-line to pick up at this store. The ordering on-line went smoothly. There was no wait time. The pickup process was quick and easy: I walked up to customer service with my receipt, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Malorie at customer service was pleasant and efficient!!

Horrible customer service tonight.

Staff was definitely helpful

Worst experience I've had at any hardware store. Complete CF. Curbside pick-up is pointless. Employees have no idea what's going on, and provide little to zero assistance. Curbside employees don't wear masks, gloves or have any training in protocol. Stock database is inaccurate. Employees don't care. Will never return to this store.

The store was clean and the the workers were very friendly and help full.

This location has the best employees and is always stocked.

We picked up an online pickup order about 20 minutes before the store closed. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fit the items our car. We weren’t sure what we could do and were a bit embarrassed about the situation, but we talked with one of the return’ associates, she helped us get the pick up order delivered. We were worried about what we were going to do but she was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Great customer service down to the last minute the store was open!

The Post Road Home Depot is my new "GO-TO" hardware store. I was taken care of like a member of the family by a wonderful cashier named Taylor when purchasing my new push mower. A+ Job Taylor!

The store carries decent products and usually has things decently stocked. But good luck getting friendly customer service from anybody not handling your money.

This has been my main Home Depot store for a number of years. I have always had excellent service.

This store was clean and well-organized. They seem to Carry a lot of items that would be needed in any project. The Associates are very pleasant and helpful. (Unlike some stores) I definitely WILL be going back there when I need to start a new project. I also want to thank a certain associate, Xuan, for all of his help!!!

ALWAYS A CLEAN AND ORDERLY STORE. STAFF IS ALWAYS ON HAND, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!

Very knowledgeable staff very friendly especially Erika and Sharese and not to mention Eric from the paint department that is very knowledgeable if you guys would hire more people like them this store would be perfect

If you need help in plumbing I recommend your guys to see the guy name is soon .

Great Customer service

I bought a product (dehumidifier) that was on a high level the last one and customer service called and had it brought to the desk freed me to buy more the checkout was easy breezy and the lady. She was asking if i found everything all right she then jumped and said " i will check you out" didn't have to look for help then called and i got help putting it in my car it was heavy. Didn't have to ask them they asked me showed a willingness to help. Awesome customer service.!! I wish i got her name I'm sure it is on my bill

Store is conveniently located and has has quantity on hand I needed. Associates were friendly and helpful. One of your associates "Norma" took an extra step and helped me with self-check.

I like having this store nearby to compete with other stores. I also like that they employ many older workers that know how to answer a question. It's great to see age diversity among employees. I like that I get accurate price and location information on the app to quickly find items when I get to the store. I would like to see HD offer the military discount on items ordered for store pickup or home delivery. Many times I have not ordered items because the discount does not apply.

The staff is always friendly and quick to offer assistance, direction or help with products.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful associates from the front end and through out the store. Got good advice on a project and I got an excellent resolution to a difficult situation.

Whenever I plan home improvement ideas. I generally go to Home Depot as one of my stops for competitive pricing and service.

This store is AWESOME,they are always friendly, and very helpful.The store is well organized and the associates seem to be well on top of their jobs.

At this time of day there were not too many employees there to get help from.

Self Check out is easy to use and the attendant was very helpful.

The store is always easy to get in and out without much wait.I do find they need more coverage in major departments where customer is required to place special orders such as flooring, window,doors, appliances,home improvement kitchen and bath.These areas also need trained associates familiar with the products,installations and how to place a special order.There seems to be a shortage of trained associates in these big ticket areas.A customer will find a associate not working that department and is told many times that they have to return when the person is on duty who is familiar with that department. I found not staffed the full opening hours of the store.I don t want to make several trips to find that associate.
