The store is in a great location . Everyone works here is pleasant. Andrea is a doll and very helpful and knowledgeable in her department .. Help you with a smile. Keep up the good job.

Jeremiah is the worst associate at this location. The store is not neat, there are never associates to be found and when you do they have attitudes like Jeremiah. It appears that when you have questions or need help from any associate they get annoyed and bothered then just give yes or no answers with no explanations when asked direct questions. Wound up leaving the store with items that I did not want because he was too lazy to get the correct ones and I had a job to get done and no time to go to another Home Depot. Would definitely not recommend this location.

Citlali was very helpfull, helped me find my materials and directed me to the right aisles, very fast check out.

Great Store to shop for all your project needs

A Great store to shop at for a wide variety of supplies. Employees are friendly, courteous, educated and informative which can be extremely helpful when you need to make some decisions about your projects.

I've been shopping at this specific location for over 10 years. If an issue occurred, (big or small), it has been timely solved with friendliness. There's only be 1 or 2 issues and given that I've made small to large renovations purchases over 10 or more years, this Home Depot is Excellent!

If you want to have a joyous experience; a nice, happy and helpful cashier to checkout your products at Home Depot in Pompano Beach, Go in Cashier Maxine's line. She gives great service for her company, she's a people's person! Thanks Maxine!!!

PEOPLE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS.

I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot for the variety of products they have for any home project I'm working on or interested in. One of the things I don't have a lot of, is time. I like to get in and out of the store and with purchasing online available for pick-up and/or delivery and just going to shop in the store, these options great for me when I am in a hurry. The employees here are always willing to help. They have fantastic customer service skills, are knowledgeable and have great personalities. Servicing customers with a smile really makes a world of difference to me. Thanks Team 208, Pompano Beach.

Cashier Maxine is the best ever....

There is a cashier named Maxine that I would never forget.. Very sweet and very friendly... She made me feel so special.. I like to go to Home Depot because of her... Good bless you Maxine!!!

Store was neat and clean. employees are very helpful. i would strongly recommend this store.

The staff at this store is incredibly friendly. I had a little dog with me the day I went in. I had to set her in the cart for a moment while I selected an item. The manager saw her in the card, went and found some cardboard, and then cut it to size so she'd have a little floor that wouldn't hurt her feet. It was way above and beyond, and had a hundred other things he could have done. This is the kind of place I like to do business with.

this store is vary unorganized and forget calling good luck on getting anyone to answer the phone at least the staff they have is vary knowledgeable and vary helpful but other then that there customer service desk is horrible service but i still love the home depot as a store and company as a whole and share holder i will always shop at the home depot

DAN IN GARDEN SHOP was most helpful and knowledgeable, other garden staff had to ask him for help in answering questions. Inside the store was fine and staff were adequate.
