Had issues with pickup but managers solved it with flying colors. Would go back just because managers know how to treat a customer.

I had 3 refrigerators to choose from. Other store had only 1 or 2 to choose from. Salesperson, Marcel, seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very patient dealing with me.

The staff was very helpful in finding a great washer at a good price

She made my day by just being herself 🫶🏽

I bought two silicones and had in my hand the empty container of the silicone I was looking for, which does not exist in the store. The person who controls the self-checkout came to me to complain that I was carrying three and paying for two. When he saw the error, he didn't say anything else. I understand that you are doing your job and there are many dishonest people who are going to buy, but it is annoying that they treat me as a thief... paying for expensive products with bad customer service and also receiving that treatment

Store is great, organize, cool staff, fast checkout.

The store is clean, the stuff is available, and most of all I get what I need. Keep up the good work.

Kim is the only Customer Service Rep that took the time to help me with an store offer that had knowledge of a store discount taking place. Two other employees gave me bad information and left me feeling like I was being brushed off. Kim was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile fir me, a customer.

THE STAFF ESPECIALLY RICH IS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING WOMEN WHO ARE NOT WELL EQUIP IN USING TOOLS.

I was returning an LED lightbulb with receipt that I purchased a week ago. This cashier “Miguel” was rude and started ranting about how they can’t resell a used item (probably waiting for me to leave without the return completed). I told him the lightbulb was used for 30 seconds. If they can’t take a $15 hit that’s not my problem. Home Depot’s return policy has always allowed customers to return items with a receipt & we don’t need to hear annoying feedback. I’ve never experienced this before. The store needs to get rid of him before he causes more problems.

Plumbing supplies needs to be upgraded more often. Each and every time I shop this store I always have to go to another location to finish my purchase

I am always pleased with the employees in this store. They know how to treat people. There are other home depots I've dealt with that are not. GREAT JOB Naperville store on 59 and 75th.

I PASS TWO COMPETITORS OF HD & ONE OTHER HOME DEPOT STORE TO REACH THE POMPANO STORE #208 ON COPANS RD. I DO THIS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WORKING AT #208 ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS & HAPPY TO CARE FOR THEM.

I have been to Home Depot stores many times over the years and could not find an associate to assist or to answer questions or even to direct where to get something. I was taken back at this branch which is in my neighborhood on visiting yesterday, actually met an associate in person and was able to get answers and advice on what i wanted and immediately knew that i will deal with this person and this branch and returned today to purchase the item i wanted. Great service here, visit and you will see for yourself. There were associates in all departments to assist and that i appreciate. Felt like long time shopping. Totally satisfied.

Home depot is my toy store always a pleasure to stop by to get my needs

Kevin in Plumbing was excellent!! Went to flooring and Allen went out of his way . Shanique help me load all my supplies. Juliana in Customer Service was welcoming

Bought a ladder today and we checked ahead of time to see if there was any in stock in the website said there was. And there was! So it was all good.

Yes cashier Maxine had to end my morning with a very unnecessary comment that I look tired, I thought she was talking about herself, I was actually having a great morning until so!

I bought 2 Miami dolphins rugs . I was pleased with the first one I'm waiting on the other one to get in ! I know I will be pleased with it too!
