I bought a Dewalt pressure washer for about $800 plus tax (the most expensive and powerful pressure washer available in the store), and when I tried to assemble it the next day, there were two bolts missing, so I went back to the store. Their repair department, which was the rental department, told me they do not carry Dewalt parts. How sad is that? Instead I was shown a universal bolt kit, and told to buy that. I did, for just under $5. It didn't fix my problem. Now I have to go to Home Depot a third time. The worst part about the whole experience is the fact that I was prettty much just brushed off by customer service, when I went back. I guess they don't like dealing with problems at the customer service department there. :(

I spend over 45 minutes in the store returning items and did not get it resolved and still not resolved...I have disputed the entire charge on my Home Depot Credit Card...I will not be cheated out of my refund for my sales tax of $10.72...it is MY MONEY and I WANT IT!

I have always received excellent service from this Home Depot from paint, electrical, plumbing, new tile and installation, to appliance purchases and all those other widgets I've needed.

i went looking for electrical cable, three feet. at the entrance to the store there was a bottle of hand sanitizer for customer use. it was comforting to know that home depot took the virus seriously. however, after touching up items that other customers no doubt had also touched, it would have been nice if there was sanitizer at the exit. i didnt notice any. in the electrical dept i was pleased to see the big rack loaded with an assortment of cable where you can select from several choices, in any length you want, instead of having to buy a roll of 50ft to get 3ft. the store had a few employees scattered about helping customers, naturally following them around as they selected and discussed products. i decided not to follow until they were free and went to the front customer service desk and asked for help. on my long trek back to electrical i wondered how long the employee would wait for the customer who requested help to appear. when i arrived he was asking another person if he was the one who called. i dont know if he would have left with that customer had he wanted help. luckily he didnt and the employee turned towards me. his attitude was like if i had disturbed him from whatever. i asked for 12 gage cable, i got 12 gage cable. now im not used to stranded cable in house wiring, usually i find all solid conductor. on boats they use all stranded cable. i didnt expect stranded cable at home depot, i expect it at boat depot. i expected solid conductor cable at home depot, i dont expect it at boat depot. i walked up to the cashier it was then i noticed it was stranded. i feel the guy should have asked me whether i needed stranded or solid. had i not been able to use it i would have shoved it behind a shelf and gone back to get solid conductor cable. if you place call buttons along the aisles it would save me from the hassle of going up front for help, then hurrying back to the product before an employee appear and then disappear, because i wasnt there in time.

the associates at this store was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Appliance Dept personnel especially Marcel. Took care of me. Very Professional, knowledgeable. Took his time. We bought an Electric Range. Also, Store is always clean! Thanks!!

I have always been Home Depot girl, over the other store that starts with a "L". lol the store is usually very clean and well stocked, most employees are very nice and helpful. only one time while I was employed by cool bear but working this store did one of your employees behind the cs desk give me a hard time and it was in retaliation because of a customer service incident that I had with her a week before being there representing cool bear. she was nasty, unprofessional and every one knew it. oh well, it's in the past. otherwise I have spent thousands of dollars at HD over the years since I moved to Florida in 1995.

My husband and I went to Home Depot to talk about upgrading our kitchen. We had cabinets and counters replaced many years ago by Home Depot in another area and thought it would be a good place to start again. We immediately received personal and professional attention and it has continued throughout the design process, measuring, making adjustments, pricing, etc. The final design was better than we had imagined. I strongly recommend Home Depot and designer, Robert, for kitchen upgrading and/or remodeling.

I drove 30 minutes to this home depot and that was the best customer service I've ever received. Manager will, is the best..also manny was very helpful. These people at this location are awesome.

Every employee I came in contact with was very cheerful , helpful and polite. Every employee I talked to seemed to know the products in their department. I needed help with a product and the informed employee did not rush me and seemed genuinely interested to help. I was very impressed. I also found the over all environment extremely clean for this type of store.

I have been shopping at H-D for many years,( 20+) and I am finding that the employees are not as well educated in their department Parts missing , reselling open containers, and general poor knowledge. I often thought of applying for a job with you,but I know I make better money as a handyman. I can not afford to open a container at jobsites and find them empty or short !

I search all over ft.lauderdale looking for a chess freezer. Home Depot Has a store full, every store I call they was out. Thanks too home depot.

I understand the store has a high turnover rate but I feel the employees as well as management should be trained on business ethics. Learn to be more personable and understanding of the customers situations, Instead of wearing about the value of the item being returned.

If you work two jobs like me and a Hampton Bay (Off the shelf) kitchen is all you can afford please be warned. I want to tell you about my recent experience trying to update my 1960's kitchen. My wife and I liked the Hampton Bay Cambridge Shaker in White and it was in our budget. I'll jump right in and tell you, the product is so poorly made I literally had to rebuild several of the draw cabinets because they were built "Out of square" or they were literally falling apart because the manufacturing of these must be done without any QC. Insane right? No, its the honest truth. I have pictures. I think the only good experience and the reason I gave one star is because the designer at HD fantastic. He suggested I have them shipped direct to my home to avoid damages. When they arrived I opened the "New" boxes of cabinets and found 19 out of 30 cabinet doors were damaged and when I say damage I don't mean dirty, I mean deep scratches, burn marks and other dents that could only happen in the manufacturing process. These did not happen during transport. Skip forward a few months and after dealing with an unprofessional Hampton Bay for months I finally got the new replacement doors but the management of this HD store didn't trust me enough to come and get them, replace them and bring back the old ones, They made me wait for a day I had enough time to come in and get the new ones, install them same day and bring back the old damaged ones! So, with my two jobs I did my best, and finally got a Saturday and picked them up at 9am. By 11:am after opening box after box I found the new doors to all have damages too so, "I was done". HD should be ashamed of this product line. I dont have the time to wait several more months to wait for "Undamaged doors to complete my kitchen and decided I'd rather live with what I have because I just have the time to keep doing this. I told the manager at HD I want some type of a refund. The manager I spoke to said and I quote, "You should expect some damage on off the shelf cabinets" She said I should use touch up paint or a magic eraser to fix the scratches and dents on the new doors or come back in and keep looking for undamaged doors. If this sounds insane to you then you get it, if it doesn't then you are the sucker that is keeping this product line afloat and you need to shop at this store and be satisfied with this horrible product. Be Warned!

The store was clean and the all associates are very friendly, and helpful. The associate Nicole, was wonderful!

i love this store, anything you want to build they got, the prices are great and don't mention the organization of the store.. I highly Recommend.
