Bought a cart full of supplies . Cleaning products. The customer service throughout the isles I shopped was above and beyond. I even got asked would I like help. Not something you normally hear anymore. The workers are normally hiding. Great shopping expirence

We bought this LG to replace our broken Kenmore. We lost a a couple hundred $ worth of food, but gained a beautiful LG replacement. We are very happy with this refrigerator.

Had the worst experience ever with an associate trying to make a return. She was very rude. Not going there again. Not worth the aggravation

I recently purchased stucco repair cement, for a patch job for our Condo, Employee was very helpful picking out the correct material. I frequently buy drywall materials as I do handy work for our condo, We have a home in Central America so I shop items to bring there since I do not speak the language, and it is easier to find what I need here

All employees were friendly and wanted to make sure customers were taken care of in a prompt, professional manner.

Horrible experience when purchasing a door that was delivered to my home. Defective door delivered to my house twice. Same door, they wouldn't assume responsibility and had to contact the BBB to get my money back. The cost for the delivery ($79) was never refunded.

I was never greeted nor asked if I needed any help by any associate. Every associate that I crossed paths with was either talking on their cellphone or texting. Only one cashier open and half of self checkout was closed. The cashier never said hello or asked if I found everything Also never said thank you for shopping at home Depot or have a nice day. This is called "NO' customer service.

Placed an order on Thursday after checking website to be sure item was in stock (ordered 17 of 36 in stock). After one and a half hours finally walked out with a receipt for my $5033.70 purchase. My worker arrived the following day to pick up product and was advised there was none in stock. Instead of locating product at another store (my worker eventually found it in Ft Lauderdale store on his own) the Pompano store CANCELLED the order!!! After being advised that I’ll be receiving my refund in 7-10 days since I paid by check (which was an ETF from my checking account at the point of sale) I’m now back to square one. I have to go to the Ft.Lauderdale store, verify item is in stock and supposedly go through another hour and a half fiasco to make payment. Unnecessary time and effort on my part as a customer. Bottom line is HD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They encourage your review when they do what they’re SUPPOSED TO DO! No one asked me to be sure to “do the survey “ or “write a review” because they knew it wouldn’t be good. The associate I dealt with in Customer Service was obviously green. She needed someone to oversee and assist her. That did not happen, even at the Assistant Store Manager level. This store is poorly managed and needs drastic improvement. I will not be shopping at this store again.

I went to get a kitchen design in this store and the team was very friendly and approachable. I work with Jay Cornet and he was beyond AMAZING!! the store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming!

Monica was very helpful and polite during entire merchandise check out .Knowing where to find when the merchandise’s skill were not scanning.

Needed to buy several products in the store. Each associate that I spoke with was very helpful. An additional bonus is that this store was very clean, organized and well-stocked.

Went to return something the process was smooth and when I purchased something else the cashier was super friendly and pleasant. Maxine got me out right away even though there was a little bit of a line. She was with and efficient and friendly. She even made me laugh.

Several of the employees in this Home Depot store seemed genuinely interested in helping us when we asked a question about the merchandise. Furthermore, I am in HD stores several times a month and most of the employees are not interested in helping rather taking care of their inventory responsibilities. This particular store the employees are very friendly.

We love shopping at this Home Depot Store! We shop there so often we call it our second home. The store is well stocked and we always find just the right item we are looking to purchase. A few times this month, when we were unable to locate an item we wanted, there has always been a friendly and helpful sales person to assist us. Many times they have gone out of their way to stop what they are doing to take us right to the item we need. The sales people are well versed in the areas in which they work so they can give guidance and advice regarding home projects. The store is very clean and neat and it is a real pleasure to shop at this Home Depot store.

I used to like this store but IF and WHEN you can finally find an employee and IF they aren't rude to you, then maybe it would be okay. It wasn't today. I have other hardware stores nearer to me and I will only come back here if I have to. I tried to ask someone about something in electronics and one employee just turned his back as though I wasn't there and when the manager paged the other man (supposedly the only one in the store who knew the answer), he never showed up. I had to wait 15min. just to talk to the manager and I guess there is only 1.

Love coming to this Home Depot, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and always goes above and beyond. Recently had an encounter with Louise the cashier and she was amazing!!! Definitely recommend them.

At this Home Depot shopping is a wonderful experience from entrance to exits. Their staff are always willing to assist, and satisfy even your unexpressed needs.
