This store is waste of your precious time .This cashier lady her name is Sharon ,doesn’t want to do her job ..She just keep complaining all the time Making the shopping experience a nightmare..She needs a long ..long vacation to think about her hole in this Store .I will not recommend this store for nobody .Think twice before you go there.

Store 0208, Pompano Beach. Due to the craziness in our State, the Associates were very thoughtful in greeting you, helping you find what you need, and checking you out safely and fast. Great place!! thank you Store #0208 for looking out for my safety and making it feel as normal as you could.

Carried all the items I needed for a raised bed garden, metal flashing to deter iguanas from my flowering trees, and toilet replacement parts. Home Depot is handy to have around in my community. And thank you for the great curbside pickup option in this pandemic period.

Paid for home delivery and haul away.Paid for all services at the store or so we thought. When washer/dryer delivered was told by Luis that he could only hook up / haul away washer and not the dryer per Home Depot regulations.BUT as a side business that Luis has he can come back in 3 days and hook up dryer for an additional $110 CASH. of course we need the dryer so Luis was paid and new dryer hooked up but old dryer not hauled away.Luis and Home Depot scam the elderly and take advantage

Again, thank you to Tony, the man at the cash registers for his consistency on wearing his mask below his nose and while standing 3 feet from a customer he is helping. Also, a slap on the back needs to go the management for allowing him, other employees and customers to lower their masks once they are in the store. Because I feel the neef to let management know, since they won't catch it, that was sarcasm!

A lot of this location employees when approached by customers feel bother, or at least that how they make one feel.

This store is becoming worse than the hillsboro store. Nothing is getting restocked and customer service is nonexinonexistent. There were stairs in the way of walking through aisles. I had to walk around a set of stairs even with an employee standing right there she didn't offer to move it. Plus she the next aisle over blocked for no reason! I think I will start supporting my local hardware stores instead.

This is a bigger store so it's more likely that you will find what you and that they have it in stock. Associates are friendly, helpful, and keep you safe. This store is 10 miles away from me but it's worth the trip.

I've been a customer of The Home Depot for a long time. My experience with purchases made at The Home Depot is excellent!

HOME DEPOT, MY NUMBER 1 STORE . LOT OF GREAT DEALS...

Unless you are a contractor, you will get run over by them in the parking lot. Also, they drop a lot of screws and nails in the parking lot. If you are a regular home owner or not a contractor, I recommend parking over near the garden. Even then, watch out because the shoppers here do not stop to let you cross the road.

Awful COVID-19 set up. There’s no point in ordering for pickup because your item probably won’t be ready when you arrive - forcing your to stand there for 15 min while someone goes to get it. They also have no curbside pickup. They then force you to enter one side of the store and exit from the other. That means that you literally have to walk from on end of the store to the other even if all you did was pickup an item you ordered online. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead - so I wouldn’t have to walk through that filthy store. To make matters worse - the girls behind the pickup counter had masks on below their noses and kept lift them up to talk. That literally defeats the purpose of the mask! They then expected me to sign the keypad with some filthy pen. I asked her if she had something to wipe it with and she said “nah.” This entire store is just so poorly run that I will never return.

I am renovating my entire house and i have been able to find all the products needed. The only thing i found cheaper at a different place was the thinset to renovate my floor.

Nice big clean store with lots of variety of products and lots of friendly and helpful associates. The aisles were well marked and well stocked with a reasonable variety of products.

This store needs better management and much more employee training in regards to customer service. Isles need to be free of clutter!

The employees in this store are extremely helpful and friendly. The paint department goes out of their way to be helpful.

Copans Rd tool rental center is the worst. Always a hassle getting tools repaired that are under warranty. Good luck.
