I usually choose Home Depot over the other big box stores because they have more people to help me find just the right product I need. They are usually friendly and enthusiastic. They even helped me cut the wood to my specific measurements which saved me a ton of time!

Truly amazing experience, with knowledgeable and helpful employees. All Home Depot locations are exceptional, but the Pineville, NC location may be the best of the best !!!!!

I had customer interaction with Thomas Wilson in the paint dept. and with Clint the store manager and these two gentlemen were more than helpful.....I would say that because of these two gentlemen I will always recommend Home Depot to my family and friends and also neighbors....I hope that Home Depot recognizes these men for their excellent customer service...Thank you...

Like all the stores I have been too. The stores are clean and merchandise well marked. All employees are kind and very nice. They have a good idea on where the merchandise is and if not have they know how to locate.

Antoinette was THE most helpful, caring, and truly amazing sales associate I'd ever come across. Just incredible. Every business needs more people like Antoinette! She should be acknowledged and recognized because I highly doubt I had a one-off experience. She genuinely tried to help me, made suggestions, etc. Just impressive. Thank you Antoinette!

Great sale on mulch, 4 bags for $10! Like the tool rental service as well, although should allow reservations of equipment instead of calling the day needed. On this particular weekday, service was exceptional, that's often not been my experience as this store is typically more crowded.

The amazing customer service I received at Home Depot located in Pineville renewed my faith in people and a business "doing the right thing" and going well beyond the scope of duty. After purchasing an LG OTR microwave and paying a handyman to install it, I found it didn't work. LG sent someone to service it and he indicated the microwave was defective and I'd have to have a new one reinstalled at my expense. I returned the microwave to Home Depot and explained the situation. As you can imagine, I was upset as I had just paid $125 to have it installed. Home Depot arranged to have a new microwave delivered to my home and installed at no cost to me. This was as example of quintessential customer service that is rarely seen today. I highly recommend the Pineville Home Depot--10 thumbs up!

I was looking for stakes to tie down a gazebo and was having trouble locating the items. An associate by the name of Tori came to my assistance and was very helpful and determined to help me find what I need. Even after calling for help to locate the items for me, she was able to find them after being told the store did not have any in stock. Thanks again Tori, keep up the good work!

This is an excellent store. Well stocked and well staffed. It's a bit out of the way being at the end of a shopping center that has many empty stores but this store is well maintained.

I have always been able to quickly and easily find anything that I've needed at this Home Depot! The employees in the paint department are especially helpful, but everyone I've spoken to throughout the store is always extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Store is always clean, staff knowledgeable and very helpful. I find it very helpful that you have enough sales staff working so that you do Not have to hunt someone to help you. Employees seem to be happy at this store. So store management must know how to supervise.
