The clerks at this store was extremely helpful. I needed to pick up a special order and get paint. Everyone was helpful and professional.

I received exceptional customer service, even right before closing on a Saturday night. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and available to answer all of my questions. This is absolutely our new go-to home improvement store and as first time homebuyers, I am sure you will be seeing us a lot! Thank you!

Staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Product selection is extensive and nicely organized. We found the moisture meter we were looking for at a cost less than we had anticipate so had no qualms regarding the purchase of the Home Depot buyer Protection Plan.

Other than cashier, employees asked to help load my truck told me he wasn't aloud to touch my vehicle. I had 30 bundles of wheat straw to load. All he did was place on conveyor and watch me struggle to load myself.

Pineville NC , good shopping experience

This is not the first time I have used Home Depot for products or installation. The only troubling question I have is the length of time between paying for tile installation and the time it is going to be installed. If the product is in stock, why would you wait 3 weeks to ship and install? I have had carpeting installed here before and there was never this kind of waiting period. I am well-pleased with every purchase I have made from Home Depot from building supplies, plumbing, lawn mowers and so on. I choose this particular store, even though there is one closer to me in South Carolina.

This is the closest HD in Pineville where we visit since 6-7 years. Every time we come here, its always an positive experience. All the staff members are really helpful and kind. Never had any regrets shopping at this store in Pineville, NC. I hope every home improvement works like this one.

Do not shop here. Everytime I shop here, there are no employees when you need them, the cashier's are not at their cash registers forcing you to use self checkout, and then something goes wrong at self checkout and you have to look for someone to help you. There were no employees in the area I needed today as usual. I had to wait and then go look for someone to help me find what I was looking for. When I finally found someonet, the guy was of no help. He just pointed to the tool area where I was earlier. Then he went and grabbed someone who he said had more knowledge of the area who took me to a different product. I ended up buying both products and neither one worked. I had to come back and return both. It was a complete waste of my time. Not to mention, the return process was ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go to this store. The employees are not helpful and managements is even worse. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Steele Creek or on South Boulevard. I've never had any problems there.

With Hurricane Florence bearing down on us, I was having trouble locating a generator. With a semi-invalid wife and the threat of losing power for weeks, I made one last desperate phone call to the Pineville, NC Home Depot. Not only did they say they had them in stock, but quoted me the price and said they had enough until I got there. Even though we were lucky not to lose power, I do not plan to return it so as to be prepared in the future. THANK YOU.

Would not recommend their Pro Services to install any flooring or anything. The whole experience was a nightmare! Lots of hidden charges that were not communicated up front. All quoted prices were doubled or almost tripled. The experience with the flooring company they contracted through was terrible. One person showed up on the job and took four days to finish a VERY small space. On top of that their measurements were off and we had to go to the store to get more materials for him to finish the job. Home Depot throughout the whole process was a "pass the buck" onto someone else and no follow up to make sure everything was made right. Multiple phone calls and even visited the store only to have the manager say "you'll get a phone call" and nothing. We were going to have them install countertops and measured quotes were again off and then tried to double the price again. After a few days followed up and the manager that we spoke to had no interest in making it right and could only say "ok, so what would you like to do order it or refund it?" Also said "there are a lot of things that we can improve on." but willing to do nothing to apologize. So here we sit with partial countertops torn out and exposed wiring with young children in our house.

Emilee at customer service was expectional!! The product I was looking for had a different product number by it's color. I had the product number for the satin nickel finish , and needed it in chrome finish. She found the product by researching on the website and the product was in stock! Thank you!

I have always been pleased with the employee assistance at this store. I always go to this store even though I live in Fort Mill.
