Nobody to help an older guy load mulch into his car, not a problem at LOWE’S

Building Materials cutting table for moulding and trim needs some attention due to normal wear & tear.

Never again will I visit this store. No one asked to help or if I needed help but they sure will eye you and follow you around like you are doing something wrong - distasteful experience all in all. Customer service rep wanted to argue in self check out - trying to force me to go to a regular register so she wouldn’t have to measure some lumber... no one present in self check out customer word enabled proper social distancing and then had to explain myself and why I prefer it 3 times why I was not comfortable with that given COVID and masses of victims of this virus she responded with “and...” complete disregard of the dead and their families. Nit a word to describe this experience.

Great staff and good inventory

I rarely go to Home Depot because it’s a little out of the way for me. However, I was blown away by the level of professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. I will take the extra 5 minutes to go to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s from now on. Everyone was so nice and seemed to really care about the customer experience.

THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL AREA. AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY TALENTED AND HELPFUL. STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY.

The store is convenient for me. I have always been treated well by the employees and the takes whatever time is needed to assist me with my purchases. Customer service is excellent.

Many HD employees are polite and helpful. Christian was absolutely exceptional.

Many of the employees at this store appear to not like their job nor like helping customers. On my most recent visit, I was told to get the cutters myself to take the straps off a bundle of lumber. I waited 5 minutes to checkout myself at the self scan station as the cashiers were doing everything possible to not open their registers to assist customers backed up at self scan. Additionally no one working at this store appears to care about reducing the spread of Covid-19 as most did not have a mask on. This is the complete opposite from the store on Ballantyne Commons Parkway.

Customer service is AWFUL here, even compared to other HD stores. Go across the street to Lowe’s.

The associates do not wear masks, stand next to each other, do not listen, do not adequately inform you, argue unnecessarily and generally make you feel unsafe during the corona virus pandemic.

I am building a new home, looking for multiple items, appliances, flooring plumbing. Went today to purchase over $1,500.00 in tile and at this particular store, did not get any help except to point out the shelf that the one tile was on. No help to pull boxes or load. Cashier was rude. Poor customer service all the way around. Many people are out of jobs at this time, due to covid-19, I'm sure someone would like to be making a paycheck and offer better customer service than we received today. I work with people everyday. If you aren't happy in your job and can't smile and be helpful, go find another job not working with people!

THIS IS A REALLY NICE STORE OVERALL, VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE AT TOOL RENTAL, HARDWARE, AND LUMBER. HOWEVER, STAY AWAY FROM CATHY AT RETURNS, IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR EXPERIENCE TO END IN FRUSTRATION.

Everyone, expect for the cashier, was extremely rude. A cashier and what looked like the front end manager, Giselle, were talking about us in Spanish but little did they know that we also speak Spanish. If you want to continue to have a good day, I recommend going to a different Home Depot.

Excellent service from the paint department to tool rental. Associates were available and helpful.

Excellent manager Freddie is. He helped me this past weekend and I am very grateful for what he did. Will shop there more often this store is better stocked than others in the area.

The manager Freddie went over & beyond to assist me with purchasing a storm door. His knowledge & customer service were superb. When shopping and a salesperson is required, I would want a Freddie Everytime!!!! Home Depot is blessed to have a person of his stature to work for them. I will definitely shop there again because of him.

The stress of costs, time frames, project completion was getting to me. Overall I receive outstanding service from the store associates on every visit. There are times it takes a little longer with issues on goods and services though.

I buy $1000s every year in supplies and appliances from HD. Their delivery team/installation is very poor and whenever there is a problem, solving it is next to impossible. They keep directing you to different departments. They do not put any urgency on the issue and do not try to help.
