The lady, Chere, who takes the cabinet order is terrific!

Always a pleasant visit

This is the first store I have ever been to in the Home Depot chain that had employees waiting and ready to assist us. Absolutely so helpful. I will be doing all my business with this store from now on.

The Employees are always helpful at this store and the store was clean. There was sanatizer at the door for customers to use and the baskets were being cleaned as I went into the store. The general stock is always plentiful and I very seldom cannot find what I am looking for. All around this is an easy store to navigate and a friendly staff.

The store is protecting the public during the Covid-19 outbreak, while still running efficiently. We were able to find everything that we wanted.

I got great service yesterday at the Picayune Home Depot. I was guided to the items I was looking for, my lumber was cut carefully and I when I ordered a made-to-order door, the associates in that department showed me many options and patiently explained the differences. Everyone was pleasant. The store was nice and clean even though it was a rainy day.

This store had just about everything I needed. The employees were very friendly and professional, especially Julie. I have recently decided to stop purchasing products from Lowe’s due to the competitive pricing and excellent customer service that Home Depot offers.

Total chaos. First they over charged me $200 on a Cub Cadet 42 inch riding mower. Now I have to deal with getting my $200 Then a garden center employee named Mark would not help push the new mower up on my trailer.

Angel is awesome with rekeying house locks. Go see Angel to key your lock to fit your current house key.

I bought a cub cadet zero turn in under 20 minutes, and received the best customer service that I could have ever possibly had! I highly recommend picayune home depot for any want or need!

The store was clean and the customer service was great and answered all my questions I had about the product I bought. The product was easy to find and was well stocked.

During this stay-at-home period, my husband and I had to replace a washing machine that had begun leaking badly. We knew that at our age (85) we could not shop for a new one, so I checked on line and found what I needed at the Picayune store. A very efficient Ms. Laurrie, though rushed by in-store shoppers, took all my information and very shortly announced that it would be delivered within the next two weeks. It was one of the easiest purchases of an appliance I have ever made. Thanks to Ms. Laurrie.

The store is great and the associates are very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that if you are ordering appliances that are not their normal brand, you are not able to get delayed delivery.

My husband and I have made several trips to this store over the past few days since we just purchased a home and moved to this area. Everyone in the store is friendly, helpful and, at this time, always making sure that we stay a safe distance from others. Having been to several Home Depots in other states, I would have to say that this is one of the very best.

I went today in the middle of this crazy coronavirus scare and I felt safe, the store was clean, employees were helpful so I was able to get in and get out. I watched the cashier wipe down the debit card machine with a sterile wipe after my transaction and I thanked her.

Cashier Ashley very friendly offered the credit card service and wasn’t insisted on us applying for, i like the fact that she didn’t try to push the credit card offer, she had a very friendly and playful attitude along with Victoria and the guys in garden dept. cant remember the guys name but very helpful.
