I visited HD Picayune on 07Dec22. Becca or Rebecca was a great help to me. Such a sweet young lady!

I’m not sure what changed but the staff knowledge and friendliness has taken a complete 180 for the better. One of the most accomplished trips I’ve made with no extra trips needed and very knowledgeable and helpful staff from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Keep up the great work!

I shop at this store multiple times a day and is the best Home Depot I have been into. I have probably shopped at 100+ stores across the country.

Had an absolutely great experience at the Picayune Home Depot on Monday. We were looking for two specific items-a battery powered hand saw and a heated work jacket. A gentleman (Chris) stocking shelves assisted us. He knew where the products were, was very efficient and a pleasure to meet.

Some of the workers are nice and some are not it's pretty much a 50/50!

If I would have searched for discounts I could have spent way less than what I spent at this store that made me feel like I owed them something instead of them accommodating me w/the respect that I think I deserve as a person. There prices for some of there materials/ merchandise are through the roof! I mean if I would have gotten online I could have spent the same and got the riding lawnmower that I was going to get which cost right at $3500 so I got treated like trash in front of people by a manager that obviously has no respect for her management as she had promised as an employee and or management when signing on! I’ll tell u 1 thing though if she worked for my mothers business, she wouldn’t have that job anymore! Good luck finding deals at this Home Depot there are very few

I was in the paint department trying to pick out paints, it wasn’t going very good the lady was very helpful in the paint department. after 5 hours of standing there I was looking 4 something else, I was getting a run around the store so when I get to the checkout The manager was very very ugly and wouldn’t give me my discount from the rocks that was on the half off pallet, it wasn’t marked off a color that she said it was supposed to be but that’s not my fault someone didn’t do their job I have spent around $10,000 this month in there with remodeling and that’s the way I got treated. She made me feel like I was stealing or trying to she was just a very unhappy woman and very very rude I feel like I don’t even wanna shop there no more and embarrass me

This store is the only one here in Picayune, but it is in a great location and the workers are always very nice and try to help.

I find this store smaller in size compared to HD stores in Louisiana.

I sometimes don't know where to locate items I need, the employees in this store will take the time to help you find it and anything else you neeed. Very friendly people

It is always a good experience to go to the Picayune Home Depot. The people there are very friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable which makes me want to buy more.

normally thr employees are up to helping and friendly bc im a regular consumer ther but i got there 30 min b4 closing so i know that played a part. its no excuse for my military discount though bc i showed her my id card

She was ever friendly, and talked about different things in the store.

Went in to get some storage totes for packing and from the greeter to the cashier everyone was helpful and friendly

Gavin the sales cashier was very helpful. We were also pleased with the selection in the garden center.

I bought my garage organizer today to store my items and the customer service at this location was phenomenal! Nicholas did an outstanding job from my item selection to loading to my car. It’s not often that you go to a store and employees take the time to personally show you where items are located. Again good job Nicholas!

Employee stopped what he was doing and volunteered to help me find what I was looking for and had some helpful advice too.

This store is the best one ever!!! Here in Picayune, they are so clean and always in stock and have great prices and sales!!!
