Extremely well mannered staff that go above and beyond to help the customers needs

Every one in the store are very helpful an zero wait at checkout!

Went to buy a clothes dryer, no sales person in the area ever approached us to help us, my had to load the dryer on a cart to take to the cash register by himself. If I didn't have to have a dryer immediately I would have gone somewhere else to purchase it.

The store is always adequately staffed with employees who are eager to serve, and the prices are always competitive.

Gina at the pro desk is the gal to go to take care of any business needs when buying in bulk. She is THE BEST and I look forward to working with her for ever transaction I need to make at this location.

Washer wanted to buy had price of $995 on display. After trying purchase told would have to deliver up to week later. Had already said needed immediately. Asked what was in stock told none. Had to pay 250.00 more which does not seem fair business practices. Very disappointed.

The staff in Picayune always bend over backwards to help me with my projects. They are friendly and happy folks,

Well home depot is the really only home improvement store in the picayune ms area. one problem that we always have is that there arent enough employees that can help you with the knowledge that you would expect. they are all very nice people but when you have to travel out of your area for advice this is not something i am happy about. I am in fact always greeted and thanked for shopping at this store. i am in the process though in seeking out other prices for what i need. washing machine, landscapping, paint, waterproof and mold proof sheetrock, carpeting and lighting.

This store is absolutely top notch!

Just need to hire more of the exceptional employees already working there. Sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help!

I find this store to be clean n stocked extremely well there are always people to help me if I need help r advice they always have sanitizer available when u walk in the door I have never had a bad experience using this Home Depot

Store employees for the most part go out of their way to help. I enjoy going to this store because it is more personal than the bigger ones. I do have to go to the larger ones, but I purchase most things here.

I recently made a substantial purchase of fencing materials. Close to 3000.00. I have a 2nd purchase of equal or larger value to make, but I am seriously contemplating making this purchase elsewhere. An associate at the Pro Desk Gina, was very helpful in creating and fulfilling my order. She was very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, as she knew I needed this completed in a timely manner, due to incoming weather. When making large purchases through the Pro Desk, Gina is always the associate I choose to assist me, even if this means waiting a few extra minutes. This part of my purchase flawless. Next we move to the loading portion of my purchase. This is where my experience went down hill. I had to pick up (26) of the (51) 2x4x16 boards . I headed to the lumber yard, and informed the lady at the lumber yard gate that I needed to pick up the boards. I proceeded to pull my truck into the yard. After sitting by the boards for about 10 min, I began loading the boards myself. While doing this, I was passed by multiple employees, without anyone offering to help. I could have stopped and attempted to hunt someone down, but due to the incoming weather I had no time to spare. I also didn't feel like this was something I should have to do. While it was and major taxing and inconvenience experience, a simple ( do you need any help sir) sure woukd have went a long way. I feel like the cigarette was just a little more important...... I would like to remain anonymous, but would also like Gina's performance to be brought to light. Thank you, Chris Kiddy .

all your stores are a joy to shop in, many items in each department, helpful and polite employees.

I AM A OLDER CUSTOMER THAT CANT AFFORD A HOLE LOT AND NOT A HANDY MAN BY ALL MEAN..I bought a house in Picayune that needs some work to it..So when I go to the Picayune Ms store all the Employee help me a lot..I utube all what needs to be done then I go there and they help me find the thing I need ..Thanks to all Employees of Home Depots Picayune Ms

The store was clean and orderly. It's always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot. I've always gotten good service, prices and help from the employees. The products that I need are always in stock and neatly stacked on shelves.

Catherine and Jayden were very friendly, helpful and polite. Took the time to check for the product I was looking for while I was on the phone. They both work at the customer service desk.

Because of the way the store is laid out, the washing machines were easy to find. The sales person was very friendly, helpful, went out of her way to show us features of the machine we were interested in. Overall experience was great!

I believe this store was the best thing for Picayune.

Easy return and replacement of my special order item. I had my receipt and the associate in the department still remembered my purchase and told the others at the return desk. This smoothed out the whole experience. She also pointed out a better replacement.
