This Home Depot is ok, not great. It is convenient and slightly cheaper than the nearby big box store. It is, however, a little annoying to shop here. If you know what you want, and can find it, it’s great. If you need assistance, forget about it! Even the folks near the self checkout aren’t that helpful. I was buying spray paint and of course they needed to verify my age. I had to wait while two store employees finished their conversation for them to come and help me. The solar people are the most annoying. You cannot go in the store without them trying to sell you solar! It’s bad enough when they stay by the front door and you only have to deal with them on the way in. Now they walk around and try to seek you solar as you’re figuring out what you need to buy. Enough is enough!

Sean helped me with windows and had good product knowledge. He is an valuable asset to your store team. Paint folks were also a great help with a difficult decision.

All of the employees at the paint desk are always so friendly. The employees in paint always have the best product knowledge and if they don't know something they will go above and beyond to find the answer for me. I would recommend shopping for paint here at the Phillipsburg Home Depot!

Prices are affordable and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Probably the most unprofessional Home Depot ever been in no one in the has store no knowledge of the departments and the manager was creepy as heck

What a great visit we had this Black Friday!!!! From the way we were greeted at the door previous to opening, to the help in our question about the proper tool package we needed, to the most amazing checkout experience we have had in sometime. Yes we will visit the P'Burg Home Depot again and we have one just up the street from us. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable visit

Associates in the major appliance dept. are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Easy to secure assistance with products.

Great employees in this store! The product I was looking for was front and center, but I always cruise the store looking for bargains. A random employee asked if they could help me find something. And even though there are the dreaded self-serve check-out lanes, an employee immediately stepped forward as she saw me approach check-out, guided me to a register, and rang me up immediately,

I am a Home Building Supervisor and I'm in a lot of supply houses. I have to say that the Phillipsburg Home Depot is my favorite place to do business. The staff is exceptional, they are not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful. Perfect place for a seasoned professional or weekend DIYer.

What makes this store stand out from the rest is the superior customer service. My husband and I walked into this store with the intent of installling a kitchen back splash and we were not quite sure how to go about it. Carol V took a lot of time with us explaining the products and services offered at the Home Depot. She has so much knowledge of the products, is extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Another helpful and friendly associate, Heidi M, took over when it came time to schedule the install of our project. The kitchen back splash is installed and it looks great! I will not hesitate to choose the Home Depot for all of my home needs and projects in the future.

Great Store! Great people working there. Ready and willing to serve above and beyond my expectations on an early morning trip on a Friday. Kudos to the lady that helped me in the Paint Department. Kudos to Gia, the cashier who told me I could save $25 on this shopping trip if I apply for a credit card. Service above and beyond what I expected . . . especially so early in the morning. Your crew was certainly not asleep at the wheel!
