Love going to the store I'm always in and out.... I always find something to buy.. and everybody's always helpful of any questions...

The Phillipsburg Home Depot has the best customer service I've ever received in a home improvement store. I greatly appreciate the knowledge and attentiveness their employees provide and show. They're always in stock with what I need, they are clean and very organized.

Service was prompt and friendly. Associate was knowledgeable of the product in that dept

Home Depot usually has what I need to keep my home up and running and their website has improved tremendously over the years. Their pick up service, which I have used many times, is usually very handy and efficient. Overall I find the team to be very helpful, but not perfect.

The lady Tracey was very helpful in appliances helping me find a stove to my liking since they didn't have what I originally wanted she tried very hard looking but to no avail. We finally found somtsomet to my liking in another color.

The staff here are great. Very helpful and PATIENT! I would say that if you ever need help here for anything big or small they have just the right people to help you. They always seem to have everything in stock too. Very rare to see out of stock.

Employees all suck so bad across the board

In my opinion there is no other store to get all your household needs. Whether your a home owner or pro contractor this is the place to shop.

I went to purchase a Maytag dryer. There was 2 people covering the appliance area. I tried to get them to order my dryer and I was told they couldn't find me in the computer..... And that was pretty much it. I couldn't believe it. I was going to leave the store, but decided to see what the customer service area could do for me. Kristen was wonderful and saved my day ! And she made a $1000. sale...

I have always shopped at this location, The store manager has helped me out in the past his name is Tom. This time the cashier was a big help at the self service checkout

Every visit I make, and I'm here about once a day due to projects I'm working on, there is always a friendly associate asking to help me locate the items I am shopping for... I appreciate that offer even if I do know exactly where I can find the product myself.

Each time we go to Pburg store the staff asks if we need help and seems to really care. That is not our experience in many other locations or other box stores. Marty in the paint area is probably the best guy there and really does go out of his way to help. Truly appreciated...

I knew that the mailbox I sought was available at the Phillipsburg store and I had no trouble finding it quickly. The other items that I needed were equally easy to find. The checkout was very quick and the cashier was very helpful.

Thank you Janice in the appliance department. You were very helpful when we were shopping for a refrigerator. It was such a pleasant experience.

The self check out machine malfunctioned mid-payment and had no record of our partial $100 payment. We had to tell the same story to three different associates and finally security footage was reviewed to validate our partial payment, but the manager insisted that we were trying to steal. When the issue was finally resolved (and we were able to get our $100 back), the manager had us use the same machine to redo the order and walked away. The machine didn't disburse change, obviously malfunctioning, but we never got an apology for being falsely accused of something unethical. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

If it's below freezing and you need a big bag of soil, forget it. They're all frozen solid together on pallets outside. You'll have a tough time freeing a bag!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with lots of inventory. In and out of a very clean and organized location. Super helpful people in the middle of a pandemic. This is our go to location- we drive a bit but it’s so worth it.

This is a wonderful store to shop in and I had a pleasant experience with the sales staff at the phillipsburg N.J. location and would recommend them again and again.
