I have purchased a washing machine and dehumidifier in last 10 days. Both I had questions and concerned. Sales persons were most knowledgeable and helpful.

My fiancé and I received lack luster help at the key copying station. Okay maybe he was busy. But then at check out after buying a lemonade, we realized we were going to another store and just asked the female clerk who was clearly so busy leaning against a pole if we could have a paid sticker. She very rudely said " No, We don't do that here. You have a receipt." Any other tone of voice she could've used and I would have perhaps not been taken aback, but just the sheer distain in her voice extremely through us off and well here I am. Work on your customer service. Say "Oh sorry, unfortunately we do not have paid stickers. Just hold on to that receipt in case. Please have a nice day!" That would've been very pleasant and I would've left content. Nope, we weren't even told to have a nice day or anything. Horrible.

My experience at the Phillipsburg NJ Home Depot has always been positive. The staff IS friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They have always been able to help me with my project and lead me to the exact aisle where the produce I need is located. It's a great store, and I can get in and out quickly!

A large cargo van was easily available for rental on site and made loading 4’x8’ panels easy. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Good experience all around.

It is great to see there are longtime associates who are well trained and knowledgeable at this store.

I had a hard time getting my place measured for carpeting and not give as much info. in the beginning, but Sandy straightened it out! She is knowledgeable, informative, patient, and loves her job, and it shows!!

If you need kitchen appliances, Home Depot has good pricing, frequent sales and best of all, the Phillipsburg Home Depot has "Janice" who is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly making the experience less stressful.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations and even helped with wrapping and loading in my order! Great store on every visit

Ed in electrical was fabulous! Pointed me to a light bulb adapter product that I did not know existed, and it more than met my lighting requirements. Thank you Ed.

We recently had to buy a new dishwasher and dryer! Janice in appliances is the absolute best, and made the process a breeze.

This evening my husband and I went to look for a carpet to get installed in our living room. We found a great affordable product all because of the employee helping us. You know when you were younger and you had that favorite aunt/uncle that made it all worth going - that is how Sandy was for use today at the Phillipsburg Store. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but you knew from the moment we started talking that she cared about us. I am so glad to have worked with her and am looking forward to coming back to order our carpet once the measurements are completed!

This is potentially the best Home Depot I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and seems to have been with the company for a while. The store is also quite clean and very well stocked.

this month I bought a dishwasher at Home depot in Phillipsburg, NJ and was a great experience for start to end

Sandy and another woman from flooring department made my trip smooth and seamless my last visit. They went above and beyond helping me locate what I needed and very personable. They quickly located the tile I needed despite it being at the top of the rack. In a timely manner they were able to lower and unpack the pallet with the amount needed. Despite this store being further from my home, I refuse to go anywhere else now thanks to these individuals.

We will only go to this Home Depot becuase of their amazing customer service and Janice is a prime example of that! Thank you so much for always caring so much!

I was in Home Depot yesterday ;and had the pleasure of working with Janice on making a purchase. She was very helpful and helped me to chose a product that fit my needs. I will be receiving my product when I need it.

Had to replace a 2 year old "lemon" refrigerator. Tracy in Major Appliance was understanding, she reached out to the store manager Frank on our behalf. Together they were able to help us replace our refrigerator and save us some money in the process.

I shop at the this location often and the employees are always courteous and helpful which helps to minimize my time in the store and as a contractor, which means a lot.

Employees at this store are definitely more relaxed than other stores, which makes a person with post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety feel understood and cool,calm,collective.
