Tracey at Home Depot in Phillipsburg NJ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I had to make a return for a big item, the customer service rep Yashyra, was fabulous with her help and then I was able to purchase what I needed. Delivery was on time, and packaging was great. Came right to my home.

Purchased a Cub Cadet ZT1. Questions about the assembly and operations were quickly answered by Ron and check out with Yashyra was efficient. Excellent service

I had electrical questions that the store attendant helped with and was very knowledgeable. Also, the cashier was very polite and explained some details about my purchase.

Great employees. Recently bought appliances. Now ordering flooring. When I bought toilet parts to repair the toilet the gentleman working explained what i needed to do. Everyone I work with there takes the time to listen and answer questions. They don't rush you along.

I am so happy with the Samsung refrigerator that I bought from home depot and I am happy with the type of service that was rendered to me before and after purchase.

Have made many purchases from this location and have never had a problem. The manager has assisted us with a couple of purchases and couldn’t find anything negative to say about this location.

When attempting to take a gift back, my box was opened to make sure all of the contents were in the box. All of the contents were in the box and then was told I could not take the item back because I did not have a receipt. The box was given back to me in less than perfect condition. It was very apparent the box was open and I question if you are really able to return items to this store.

At Home Depot Phillipsburg, New Jersey I went looking for plumbing supplies on Nov 30 and saw a great offer outside for wreaths, but did not have enough money for both purchases, and the plumbing really needed to be done! I returned 2 days later but the wreaths were sold out and returned to the higher price. Fred and Heather went out of their way to extend the offer for me. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Can't say in my life time how many Depo stores I have been too. This particular store has definitely gone to the very top of my list. Cannot wait to go back!

Each time i go to this HD i am satisfied with my experience. Yesterday exceeded that with all the help Sandy in Blinds gave me and also Stevenson. Thank you both for being patient and kind.

This store and its employees have been absolutely stellar to me in every way possible. I just bought my first house so theres always a "new project" on the horizon. I ask a lot of questions and the employees here are always helpful and actually take the time to show me good vs.not so good products as well as their ideas on short cuts and tips and tricks.

I live in Florida but needed to purchase an item from Home Depot in Phillipsburg, NJ and have a family member pick it up. I needed the item immediately and couldn’t put in an online order. I called the Phillipsburg store and Jocelyn answered and took care of everything in a considerate, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly way. I’m pleased and grateful to have the transaction handled so easily.

My house is being renovated from Home Depot. I do shopping big and small. I am satisfied with the availability of products and friendly service.

I had no trouble getting exactly everything I needed. I have shopped at this before and was very happy with the service and products. I definitely will go back for anything I need.

Janice helped us with ordering a new range which was not available for viewing on the floor but we knew what we wanted beforehand. She made the process easy and gave us all the paperwork and advice we'd need for the delivery of the range to our house. We needed a quarantee on the delivery date give or take a couple of days and Home Depot met our needs.

The store is always clean and shelves are always stocked. I never get the feeling I am bothering anyone when I need to ask for help.
