This store usually has everything I am looking for, associates knowledgeable and friendly, store is clean, and Covid safety measures are in place.

The Phillipsburg Home Depot is my go to store for items I need right away. The inventory is better at this location compared to other stores near by.

The associate who helped me was extremely patient and friendly. I was able to get a good deal on products and felt valued as a customer.

Excellent store to shop at. Great staff and Janice was the best.

Darlene from the paint department is so Help Full I needed help with a mold problem, and Darlene gave me opinions on what paint to buy. Due to I have interior brick walls an she got me the paint I needed. Darlene know her stuff in the Department. We need more employees like her there. She is professional when you talk to her as well Darlene keeps a smile on her face. Karen from the cashier Very respectful as well she is professional. As well always have a smile on her face. I would like to say keep up the great work.

the ZZ plant I originally bought from home depot had completely rotten and mushy roots. It died within 2 days of me bringing it home and I didn't know why it died until I went to remove the plant remains from the pot.

The Greenwich Township store is always clean, free of debris and products laying around the floor. Everything is easy to find, if not there is a good amount of knowledgeable associates to assist you. The associates, somehow, are able to see the confused look you have and will frequently ask if their help is needed, or they're just that friendly. I've never had a bad experience but I have seen some of the "entitled, affluent and deserve more customers" give associates a hard time, but I'm always treated with courtesy and respect. Keep up the good work everyone!

I always found what I was looking for sometimes with the help of an associate. I found the store clean. I found the associates helpful.

I’ve shopped here for years. Customer service and the sales personnel have always been knowledgeable, very helpful and considerate.

A kind, caring and extremely friendly employee named Stephanie, went above and beyond to help me find a product that looked out of stock yet had a bundle being stored in the back. It was no easy task to find and she pursued the search until my needs were met, god bless her, she deserves a raise!

All employees in very helpful. We needed a variety of items, each department had an employee available for assistance.

Every time I go there, and that's a couple of times a week, I find everyone to be very helpful and accommodating - I have never had a bad experience. The store is clean and well organized. I have never had to wait very long for help in any department.

It was an easy shopping experience. The associate that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The store was clean and spacious so everyone had enough room for social distancing. Came in looking for a fridge which was easy to find and checking out was quick as well.

As soon as I entered the store, I found the light bulb replacement that I needed. I asked a young employee for assistance, and he stopped stocking shelves to help me compare the new bulb with that which I had brought with me thereby insuring that it would fit in the light fixture. I thanked him for the assistance and checked out, receiving my military appreciation discount. Upon arriving at my home, I replaced the bulb; it fit perfectly. Thank you Home Depot.

We went into the store today to look at grills and ended up purchasing one. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. We will for sure use this store for all our home needs in the future!

This store feels a bit more like a neighborhood hardware store instead of big box. Employees are always helpful, whether in -person or by phone, they never feel rushed, very pleasant and helpful, and don't stop the interaction until I am either in the right department, or in the right person's hands for assistance.

P burg Home Depot is our "go to" store. It may be out of our state but it is always worth the few extra miles! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and ready to assist. Shelves are well stocked and a nice selection is generally available from which to choose. The Garden section is always fun. We enjoy visiting the trees and plants. Almost like an arboretum. Keep up the great work. Ok

When I called the store to inquire about buying a dryer I was connected to the right department and a helpful person without waiting. Janice was helping someone in person and asked to call me back and she did within 5 minutes! She gave me the information I needed helped me pick out a dryer that met my needs and arranged the sale.. My delivery arrived within the 5 days as advertised, within the time given by the delivery people and in perfect condition.

I have been using this store for the last 20 years. I never had a problem.

Workers are extremely knowledgeable about products and they always seem to enjoy helping. I live in PA but always shop at Home Depot to save time.

Being that right now is a rough time with the pandemic, it didn't stop our purchase of a new home. We went online, trying to avoid human contact, the appliance package we wanted online was giving us a delivery date of May 26th, we close on May 15th. Calling customer service did nothing. So, I went t the store. Janice and Tracey in appliances went above and beyond to get the package ordered, and all items but 1 delivered for the time we need it. Not only was the sale price great, but so was the human service. Thank you!

When looking for items on line, I found that most items I was interested in weren't available at the Easton, PA store, but they were in Phillipsburg, NJ. When purchasing items, I prefer seeing them in person, not just relying on computer pictures. P'burg got my purchases.
