I love this store and the employees and selections. Aside from the parking lot being a mess with hundreds of unavailable spaces due to the tractor trailers parking here overnight for days and taking many spots- this store is excellent.

In this store all of the employees are very helpful. If they dont know the answer to a question they will find someone who does. This store is also very clean.

Had a great experience today! Had 2 great sales ladies assist me in my major appliance purchase. Susan Cortese and Tianna L. gave me excellent treatment and I was very appreciative of that. Thank you ladies!!

The store is usually always good to shop in. On 4-9 at 11:30 I asked Anthony an employee of Home Depot for help finding something and his response to me in a harsh tone was “ don’t bother me I’m busy” ! I asked “ too busy for a customer” ? Anthony responded “ don’t give me a hard time” I said ok I’ll talk to a manager, he proceeded to follow me around the store and I told him to leave me alone which he did after about 2 times of me asking. I spoke to Amanda an Asst store manager and she was concerned and said she will address it. I still can’t believe what he said. Beyond terrible.

Low quantities of stock, very busy store and not great employees to help. It was a below average experience. They need better customer service to address the needs and go above and beyond

The appliance specialist, Tianna L, was very helpful, friendly and thorough.

We dealt with Tiana L in appliances from the Patchogue store buying a washing machine. She was amazing. Excellent knowledge of store inventory and product knowledge. She provided us with helpful information to make our decision. Made the process quick, easy and she was all around a great customer service representative for Home Depot. I usually do not write reviews, but her customer service was impeccable. Thank you Tiana!

I found that all the different things that I was looking for was very organized in all the alses which made my visit very fantastic.

This Home Depot location, 10 Gateway Boulevard, Patchogue, NY is a very clean location inside and out. The ease of finding items and the stock on the shelfs is very important to me and this location had everything I needed. Also as important is great customer service and associate, Gillian provided that on this day. Kindness and a smile still goes a long way, especially during these time. I want to also thank Assistant Store Manager, Amanda for all of her help and patience.

Hopefully you dont get Barbara at self check out. Not helpful or polite.canceling my commercial account because of this experience

Tianna the sales women in appliances was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. She made sure that we had everything we needed for a smooth delivery and set up of our gas oven. Great experience with the appliance department.

This location is particularly great because of the great customer service. This location is very neat and well in stock of everything. They are very nice and get you in and out very quickly

As a woman returning a large storm door, I was greeted by Ralph who helped me both return the door and then replace the door, requiring it to be lifted out of my car and back into my car. Ralph was kind and extremely helpful. I also needed assistance back by the doors to get the door onto my cart, the man that helped me there was also fantastic. Overall, this Home Depot was a great experience.

We were so pleased with the service. 3 people helped us load our car in the parking lot. Ralph and Hilton were especially helpful. We offered a tip but they would no accept it.

Priscilla was the attendant who resolved my issue and was very attentive to me, understood my problem and remedied with a simple solution. I was very happy with what she worked out for me. It was very nice of her to be thoughtful of my situation and to resolve my problem easily. Thank you so much Priscilla!

It was near closing and there weren't a lot of people around but I was able to get the help I needed in order to exchange and buy new products. They made it very simple and I recommend the store

Today was a good day. A gentleman in the cleaning supplies went to get a cart for us. Then Louise in appliance was great. Emergency microwave on News Years Day. Thank you Louise

There is this really skinny tall lady that works in electrical who on two separate occasions is very rude and nasty

Doing a New Kitchen & Hallway floor for my daughter in her Home.. HD has had everything we need and plenty of stock. Staff has been Great, i have been asking questions and getting great help & Ideas.. I was recently checked out at cashier by Donovan.. Great worker, personable and SUPER Helpful..
