A salesman from Home Depot came to my home, Showed me all kinds of fencing options. Gave me the best deal for my money. The workmen came on time. They would neat and polite And quick. I am thoroughly satisfied

Fast and friendly customer service.

Not only did I find BOTH of the sales employees sweet, professional, and efficient, but SUE the cashier beat them all in all of the above categories...and as a teacher, I can tell you that the sales personnel were 100%, and Sue was above that,

I just bought a new Honda lawnmower, but my review has nothing to do with the product. My review is for the employee, Ralph, who helped me move the mower and load my car. He patiently waited as I had to move my son’s car seat to accommodate the mower. My wife is about due with our 2nd child and there was no way she could help me load the box. Ralph with out even knowing it, helped ease a long day with a simple gesture. I can never thank him enough.

Employees are all knowledgeable in the areas where they work.

I get what I need and it's always available! The Parking Spaces are very far from the store.

We have received the BEST customer service at Home Depot. We are seriously taken back by how well Mike Galvin took care of us. Trying to do home projects can be difficult for my senior, widowed mother so I try to help as much as I can, but as a young female I’m not knowledgeable myself. I try to help her the best I can by watching YouTube videos. Well no need to watch a YouTube video tonight after being assisted by Mike tonight. Mr. Galvin is professional, helpful, caring, proud, knowledgeable and patient. Visit this Home Depot location to receive the best customer service!

As i was paying i ran into annemployee named josh he was very nice pleasant person who made me laugh and put me in a great mood. Lets just say he turned my frown upside down hes a good guy so thanks for that . There should be more people in this world like that. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

Went in at 7pm to purchase a lot of paint. Vivian and Laurie were both accommodating and did a great job filling the order.

LAST NIGHT WE HAD A GREAT GENTLEMAN NAMED RALPH THAT TIED OUR TREE TO THE CAR..

Bought a Grill cover, didn't fit my grill, returned it with no fuss and no problem, CSR Lisa was great helping me to return the wrong cover and I was able to get the exact cover I needed.

Upon entering the store I asked an employee walking by where I could find what I was looking for and very condescendingly I was told there were “three bays of them down there”. Once I found what I was looking for I headed for check out where every register had a customer at it but half of the self checkout registers were closed. Which would have been understandable had there not been 3 employees standing in front of the 3 registers that actually were open, talking to each other and ignoring the one customer who was trying to get help. As I walked up to a register that had just opened up, I was yelled at by a rude employee that the register was open. Again, would have been fine if I want standing in front of it. Each employee I interacted with seemed as though customers were a burden to their social time with fellow employees or just a bother in general. This is the closest location to me and I would rather drive an additional 15 minutes to visit another location before returning to this one.

Henry A was very helpful! He offered and cut our wood to the sizes we needed. He saved us a tremendous amount of time!

Went to HD to procure a Generac stand by generator. Thomas Jurgensen at the pro desk was extremely helpful to my wife and I. We appreciate the time he spent educating us and look forward to future purchases when applicable.

Great store & Personel

I was shopping with my husband and we had a lot to buy. The store manager came over and asked if we needed help. All throughout the store the employees were helpful and friendly.

I was shopping in the Patchogue Home Depot. My son was doing an Eagle Scout Project. We had a long list of materials. The manager saw us with a list struggling. He assigned two employees to help us shop. It took very little time, the employees were fantastic. Paul the manager obviously trains them to be attentive to the customers. Best store around!!

Love this store. I’ve been in a lot of HDs in my career but the staff here is always so friendly and always greet me with a welcome back! Recently moved to the area and I’m surprised how different it is from the stores I’ve frequented in NYC. Haven’t met an unfriendly staff member yet.

Ralph was such a great help to me by putting my six bags of landscaping rocks into my truck despite the very hot weather! He was polite, professional and kind. It made my shopping experience at Patchogue extremely pleasant.

Even with my return they were great.

I need a shopping cart or a materials cart at the entrance motbthe exits and outside if possible
