There appeared to be a product (sink) that was a different price on line then in store. The store manager and associate were able to help me with this product.

Mike the veteran manager was amazing as the most helpful employee I've ever met.

I’ve made quite a few home improvement purchases here over the last few months, (as well as on a regular bases, for maintenance issues). The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am not a skilled carpenter-so nuts and bolts and planks are not my forte’. But they are all knowledgeable and patient, here!

I took advantage of mulch sale but was wary if I could deal with heavy weight. To my pleasant suprise HD employee was terrific and pleasant help with my purchase that I could not do alone. Thanks Isaiah at Patchogue Store, New York.

Vivian & Genesis in paint took us from start to finish on our project. So happy when we left.

Lots of walking, cannot locate item I needed, then I had to hunt down an associate to find it for me. The prices of the items I purchased were not on the items themselves.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Thomas was unwelcoming and made me feel like a problem for doing a pick up order. Customer service is their job and most of them are not even a little friendly. Who would want to approach a ride store associate for help?

I needed two 5 gal bottles of water and the cashier went out of his way to take my empties and load the full bottles in my cart. He like all the rest of Home Depot employees go out of their way to help their customers. Very happy with the experience.

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE WINDOW SHADES THAT I PURCHASED CUT TO THE SIZE REQUIRED FOR A MONTH NOW WITH NO SUCCESS. THE SAW REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE CUTS HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH WITH NO UPDATE ON WHEN IT WILL BE REPAIRED.

Good place if you are looking good prices and find all you need for any work.

The Tub Transfer Seat was well made and packaged (including the carry handle on the box) and assembly was quick due to the the use of spring/ball latches (and two wingnuts) to put it together and adjust for height and left or right handedness

Store is a wreck. Difficult to find products. Some employees are lazy and nasty, specially online order clerks.

I always buy supply from this store, All employees are nice, Dave, Sherri and Mike in Paint department. All are nice employes

I own many of these cordless tools. I have never been let down Many tools I have more than 1, since I work at different locations throughout the day .

All the employees I have worked with either in Electrical, Truck rental or building supplies have been so helpful

Most employees have a great deal of experience in the particular department that they work in. You can get lots of options when you encounter a problem that is new to you.

If you need anything cashier Mary is excellent she'll direct you to the right place.

went looking for wreaths and grave blankets tonight.. took 3 tries but when we got to HD - Patchogue we hit the GOLD MINE! Plenty of items, well racked.. and Donna our cashier and Customer Service assistant was SUPER

Don’t ever let them put money right back to your debit card on a return. I was specifically told it would go right back and now I find out they can hold my money for 5-10 days. Doesn’t seem fair when they remove the money instantly on purchase. Always take cash option and deposit it back in if need be

Today I bought 3 materials to seal the wall of my future apartment.

The employees in this store are so knowledgeable and helpful. If they can’t help you they get someone. Very clean and organized. I had a great experience in flooring and appliances.

Extremely satisfied with the help we received in selecting a dishwasher and on other visits for various purchases in other departments. The personnel are always friendly extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding what we need. The store has well stocked shelves and is clean.

We had an excellent experience with Adam V. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went way beyond the call of duty to help us find an item that was not on the shelf by taking down several pallets of stock to see if he could find what we needed. Thanks Adam!

It's easy to find the product online. HOWEVER, you would miss the wellspring of information and answers that only a person like Tianna in appliances can give. We researched the product and could have gone online. Tianna answered all our "what if" questions and we could not have closed on a new large appliance without her expertise. Use this store. Loews does not seem to have the same ability to cater to the customer.
