I will never shop at this location ever again because they hire people like this woman. I will make sure my friends and family don’t either.

Honestly, this staff is generally fantastic! Upbeat and interested in your needs. I receive compliments on choices. I make, and feedback when I need it.

I had the pleasure of meeting John M! He was such a great help during my visit. He helped me find all the things I needed to complete my project!

I had to order a special color of flashing to weatherproof my brand new windows. I ordered two rolls of terratone flashing from Home Depot and I was forced to wait a week for them to be delivered to the store. I got a notification email, a text and a notification through the app that my order was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, there was only one roll of flashing. Now I’m going to have to pay my contractor a second time to waterproof my windows.

Lisa, in the kitchen design section of the West Patchogue Home Depot, was the consumate professional. Her design tweaks and ideas will make our dream kitchen a reality!

The garden area that they have in the parking lot takes up some prime upclose parking spots. It's there all spring, summer and thru the fall

My visit to this Home Depot was pleasant. Henry and MikeY went above and beyond to help me figure out what products to use for my project and how. I’ll definitely go there again

Marie knew stock and sizes and how to use together!!! She is so knowledgeable I will always make sure she helps…some stores just tell you aisle!!!! Marie was terrific

Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the store. Especially Louise Cabral and cashier Sandra in explaining things to us and helping us save money.

I’m usually there 3x per week. I have never encountered such an unbelievably rude cashier as I did today. Completely off-putting and unnecessary.

Great staff friendly atmosphere

Brought my Handy Heater there! Has 4 led lights that you can have on or opt to not. I love to use LED lights at night instead of my dull night light. I wear glasses so I need it to light my way. I love the three settings. Doesn't smell like something is burning when on. It doesn't have that cancer warning either. Heats up your space quickly.

No matter which store I go to, I like the layout consistency. I know where everything I am looking for is at.

Handling customer problems. This could be a deal breaker, but this store did an outstanding job handling mine, Have purchased numerous time form here always was satisficed. Keep up the great work.

Was greeted at the door. Asked what I was looking for. I said, was given exact location. When I got there an employee was waiting for me already. How’s that for good service. Checked right out no waiting.

I never can find an associate for assistance no matter what time of day it is. They are however helpful at check out.

Whenever I ask for help in any department. The staff are so helpful. It makes my life a little easier. And let’s face it , anything that makes someone’s life a bit easier is really warming

Parking lot is always filled so that means a lot of people shop there which means Home Depot always keep supplies for the customers to purchase

NICE PEOPLE, VERY HELPFUL VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CARPET DECISION

i BOUGHT A DISHWASHER ON 6/14 IT WAS DELIVERED ON 6/21 ON 6/24 (EVENING) IT LEAKED WATER ALL OVER MY KITCHEN. WHEN I CALLED HOME DEPOT, ASSISTANT MANAGER, KEVIN, WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT NOT ABLE TO HELP. I HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME.

I purchased a bunch of garden supplies and was told at the $250 mark I'd get 6 months no i9nterest. That didn't happen automatically, I had to use a coupon, so my bill came in ALL DUE NOW! James in Customer Service met me, I explained my issue and he took care of it PRONTO.. Efficient, Kind and Courteous.
